The Marcia Mashers......think Goodell would mind?

The digital thing is an excellent point. In fact I bet you could write the FCC and demand the blackout area be adjusted because digital signals no longer reach the affected areas.
PTR
Maybe if you were a lawyer and threatened a class action suite they'd listen. Digit signals reportedly only carry 85% of the analog distance. We are right and CBS is wrong but try to change them.

What difference would Incognito have made? In your mind, do you have him starting in front of Wood or Levitre?
Don't confuse him with facts, he's confused enough.

I hate Dick Jauron more and more every day of my life. This is the icing on the cake and everything I always thought about his ability to coach.....................
Does anyone know the story on Jauron's rise to the HC position? It has to be a Peter Principle fiasco of epic proportions.

That's the best article I've read on the Bills in a long time. Not because it's generally positive in nature but because the guy writing it actually did some research.
We may not make it to the playoffs this year but we will be a better football team and Gailey is going to go down in the books as a GREAT football coach. Mark it down.
Yeah I said it......
Gailey leads team to 9 wins this season, COY should be automatic.

The interception, although clearly a stupid play by TE, was not what bothered me, as much as how he played after that,
he had that scared checkdown look, and was bouncing passes off of the turf, he has to get better at forgetting about the
interception.
I believe Trent is psychologically incapable of this and thus doomed to failure as a starter. Only question is how long it takes Chan to come to the same conclusion.

Is it just me or does Fitzpatrick look amazingly pedestrian?
No, they can cut him tonight and let him pay his own way home.

What a sloppy game. It looked like a youth game of Red Rover on steroids.
My eyes glazed over before the 1st half was done. I love watching Bills' 1 - 4 strings in pre-season, but other teams scrubs? UGH!

From what I saw at camp on Saturday, particularly during the QB drills Trent was very accurate at times and downright awful at others. When he missed it was either very high or he skipped the ball.
My chief problem with Edwards is his inaccuracy while on the run. I'm not sure he completes 5% of those. For the record, my observation is the 3 top QBs are interchangeable. One is not discernably better than the others.

Dude, never, ever, ever buy a jersey that's a new player. Wait til they've shown something. I've got a $70 JP Losman jersey hanging in my closet. I'm praying the Bills get a pro bowl player soon that wears #7
Hey, at last Friday night's practice I saw a guy proudly wearing a Losman jersey. For all I know, he may have thought that J P was still on the team.

To all those who attend/have attended Bills training camp in the past: is it worth the 3 1/2 hour drive from Albany? I'm considering going for the first time (probably because it would be the last, I don't live in NY anymore and don't know when I'll be visiting during training camp again), but I can't tell whether it would be extremely boring or not. I mean, in theory, it should be cool– up close and personal with the players and coaches, watching guys fight for roster spots, getting to know the team better before the season, getting a garbage plate on the way there and the way home, etc. However, the team does suck, and it is just practice, so I could be in for a huge letdown and a wasted day.
So I ask to those out there: is training camp what you thought it would be, or have any of you come away from camp thinking it was a waste of time? Especially a 7 hour round-trip drive...
Depends on your personality, I think, as to how boriing you might find the experience. I've been attending camp for 14 straight years and find the first half of a session (players in individual drills) pretty boring. The interesting part is the 7 0n 7's, 9 on 9's, especially the 11 on 11's. It is my perception that this new staff gets more done in the x on x's drills than the previous 3 regimes. If it's a one time only opportunity, then I would recommend it, especially since Spiller's in camp now. I used to live in Albany, but I stayed at my parents house 23 miles from camp and at least doubled up on sessions by staying overnight.

Good read... what struck me, more than the prediction for the Bills in the standings, was the comment about the "lifeless" atmosphere at St John Fisher. When I went last time (summer 2007) the place was rocking for a morning practice...

Also, observations about Ryan Fitzpatrick and Leodis McKelvin are a little troubling...
Don't know that Tim was in attendence Friday evening where Leodis was a 'focused' ballhawk. Also, on Saturday, McKelvin stayed after practice and fielded punts flawlessly for 5 minutes.

Bills RB Marshawn Lynch missed Buffalo's OTA today to fly to Dallas to be a groomsman in wedding of Seahawks RB Justin Forsett
A reasonable explanation? Nah, let's collectively bust a gasket with our rush to judgment dissing. It's so much more fun to speculate on subjects we know nothing about.

I think it will be Brohm. Fitz is a viable backup for now and he has the most experience of any of the 4. I'm sure that Trent is getting his one last shot this season also. Levi is a guy they are high on and I don't see them placing him on the practice squad where he could be scooped up by another team. Unless Brohm shows a vast improvement in the mini camps and into training camp, I think he's gone. If he does improve enough I think Fitz may then be the odd man out.
Has Brohm shown anything since college? He's first off the island if he continues to stumble in TC.

They failed to mention we averaged 4.4 ypc not too many teams did better...we CAN run block...and with Spiller's ability, good luck stopping the guy...as far as fantasy is concerned though, too many backs to be worth it
A fact conveniently ignored by the average nay-sayer on this board. FJ didn't have all that much trouble running with this bunch. C J should make Fred appear slow.

WTF is up with Fitz???????
Better question is why is he still playing???
-
Moorman MVP.
Player of the decade for the Bills. Sad, extremely sad.
-
Is it just me or is Ryan's arm totally shot?
-
I'll take above average at this point.
Shoot, I'd take AVERAGE about now.

No Lovie from me.

First it was the Dallas game where Perry did not get the concept of defending the sideline. But he really demonstrated his IQ today. Forget completely mangling the end of the first half. He failed to use timeouts sonn enough when Jags had the ball close to endzone at end of game. INSTEAD of using a timeout, he threw away a precious down by having Fitzpatrick SPIKE the ball after getting first down during last possesion. So Bills run out of downs, lose the game - AND STILL HAVE A TIMEOUT they never used. Perry you are an idiot, enjoy that timeout you took into the locker room, which your team could have so desperately used - AND APOLOGIZE TO YOUR TEAM WHICH PLAYED SO HARD- ONLY TO BE BETRAYED BY A CLUELESS FOOL WHO COMPLETELY DEMONSTRATED WHY HE HAS NO BUSINESS COACHING IN THIS LEAGUE
Oh yeah? Looked 10x more competent than his predecessor.

Glad Haslett has zero so far. Ranting with no results is as bad as stoic with no success.

Bye is a 3.5 point favorite. Probably rise to 5 by end of week.

Backup QB is a complete zero, closest thing to absolute zero on the team.
