  1. Zero trade value? No value in trading him maybe. This offense needs playmakers this year and he is going to be a part of a three headed monster. There is still potential for ML regardless of his off the field issues and IMHO there is no reason to give him away for a future late round pic. I think he's more valueable where he is at. The guy is under contract, let him play it out and keep his nose clean so he can get his next payday.
  2. If already posted please merge with the appropriate thread. Rick gives us an accurate ranking in my opinion at 21. http://fwix.com/dallas/share/48229f6bff/ri...rawstory.com%2F
  3. Could someone give me some background on what he's talking about? Is Tim Graham not posting here anymore?
  4. Hey didn't Ken Stabler have a scruffy beard?
  5. My first nominee will be the guy who spray painted Mclovins lawn after that Pats loss. Eric Flowers deserves a mention.
  6. DOOOOMED! Your thoughtful optimistic posts are unwelcome here! DOOOOOMED! We passed on Tebow and Claussen don't you know? Kidding...Thanks for the post, it was one of the better ones I've seen here in a while.
  7. I think its too early to write off our speedy defensive end. I know many have already but as we know Jauron wasn't exactly the guy to utilize his "first step". Give Maybin another season he may still turn the corner.
  8. Perhaps another for a better rotation? I think the middle of the defense is the problem in my opinion. I do know the linebackers on this team are suspect.
  9. I understand the argument and agree that because of Western New Yorks climate it would suit the Bills to run a scheme like the 3-4 or 4-3. With that being said, none of us here really know whats going though the minds at One Bills Drive and they haven't mentioned scrapping the cover 2. Correct? I haven't heard or read any where that we are scrapping it, perhaps I'm wrong. Is it possible that the current scheme is not getting scrapped? There have been a couple of SB winning teams that have run this scheme and the talent in the NFL is watered down IMHO for the Bills to change. I really don't believe that their defense is as bad as most of the posters on this board do. Schobel is still a stud and the secondary is stacked. Maybe another dominant tackle next to Stroud and another linebacker? If this team could stay healthy and add just a little talent they could dominate. Good luck Chan you're gonna need it. GO BILLS!
  10. I know I am gonna get beat up for this one. He is a decent tackle and can play guard if need be. He has been a starter since being drafted and although he hasn't completely lived up to expectations I think maybe he could be snatched up for a reasonable price.
  11. I will say that I would rather throw a half trillion dollars towards solar, wind, wave energy technologies than throwing it at an ill conceived, illegal, immoral war.
  12. Ok, let's assume that the Bills retain two of their FA's, sign two FA's from outside the organization, and five of the Bills draft picks make the 53 man roster. The Bills would still have to eliminate seven players from its current roster. I know I posted about this on another thread but this is a good problem to have. My Survivor Orchard Park losers under these circumstances would be London Fletcher, Chris Kelsay, Kevin Everitt, Duke Preston, Tim Anderson, Andre Davis, and George Wilson. Another I would consider cutting would be Coy Wire I really don't believe he figures into the future of the organization anyway. My FA keepers would be Nate Clements and Mike Gandy.
  13. Oops my bad I always get the two of them backwards.
  14. I've seen a lot of talk on the boards about who everyone thinks the Bills should go after in FA and the draft but have seen very little about who you guys think should be released or not resigned. I have a few in mind but I wanna hear who you guys think should go. London Fletcher- Not worth the price tag his agent will be demanding considering he is on the back nine of his career. Duke Preston- The revolving door of the Bills O line. Kevin Everitt- Big time bust. Ryan Denny- Can easily be replaced by Hardgrove in an area that would not see a dramatic dropoff in production. Tim Anderson- A way below average tackle who could easily be replaced in the draft or free agancy. Andre Davis, George Wilson- See above.
