  1. We probably need a legit OC, 2 wide receivers, and somehow clear Diggs and miller's contracts.

But none of that will happen. I bet we get special teamers in free agency and we draft a DT in the first round, a lackluster WR in the 2nd, and Diggs and Miller continue to not earn their pagchecks

  2. one criticism I had on daboll's offense was lack of balance.

Balance is still a problem as in we are 1 dimensional and cant run the balll consistently.

However, this offense has a lot more problems than just balance.

These draw plays on 3rd and 1, or just draw plays in general. WTF. Lack of screen game, deep throws to Harty, Davis being useless, not having a receiver that can get good YAC, playcalling putting us in 3rd and longs...  This is all stuff that is probably worse since Daboll left. Offense is fundimentally flawed.

  3. I think beane and sean are on the same page. And I don't think Sean is crazy loyal to his coaches as some people believe. He fired Rick Dennison after one seasn AND it was the season we broke the playoff draught. If we don't make the playoffs with josh allen, dorsey is for sure a gonner.

I think the problem isn't whether or not they will fire dorsey. The problem is what knucklehead they get to replace him.

There must be some kind of disconnect between Elam & the coaching . This staff  is considered very good at player development and last season in the Miami game people were celebrating how good he was doing only to go to where he is now something is weird .

I think so too. Especially when you look and see McDermott getting good production from another cb drafted in the same year as him. If Elam played as good as benford, I think we would all be fine with Elam. Benford was a steal

Listen man, for all the Gabe hate he’s doing pretty much what Mike Evans would anyway. Sure Evans is the better player but I don’t see a point giving up something of potential value for just one step up. Gabe has his place and has had a pretty reasonable season so far.

Money and draft picks are clearly the most valuable to this teams future.

If we were winning games and had no legitimate deep threat or success, sure. But the season is looking to be on the ropes and at best a first round exit from the playoffs, if we even make it.

    Keep the future assets.

Davis is hardly winning one on one match-ups. We need a player other than Diggs that can consistently win one on one. Hopefully Kincaid is more involved going forward.

At worst, he is Diggs/Davis injury insurance. At best, he is a contributor.

If he is cut, I would be ok with him on the practice squad. But I don't want to give up picks or give him a roster spot. I would rather ride with the players we have that look a lot better than Claypool.

Serves as a reminder to everyone shooting down every "we don't need ___" scenarios.  I don't care who we get nearly as much as I hope we do SOMETHING. This could happen to us in a week, and a trade is off the table. Meanwhile #2 and #3 teams are making moves to arm up

It is nice idea, but we can't have a backup with starting talent at every position. We only have so many roster spots, cap space, and draft pics.  We have more depth than most teams do and making a big trade just in case we have an injury makes 0 sense

So your answer is..... Meaningless word salad of nonsense to fit your narrative. The Bills had more injuries in this game with the Titans, then possibly any other game in recent memory. The Titans under Vrabel are one of the most physical teams in the league. The Bills paid that price. Hopefully the Bills are deep enough to get through the game. I have the Bills 38-35.

He broke down specific injuries and you are just using a blanket statement that the titans are a physical team and that's why the injuries happened.

I mean,  I can't see how you can watch that game and think it was because the titans being a physical team and that's why we got so many injuries. Most people would say it was obvious bad luck.

We play the titans almost every year and we never have this many injuries with them

Not saying the Bills regressed, but turning the ball over like they did is not sustainable and hopefully once a fluke.

My point is how much better the dolphins are this year and why I thought even heading into the season they might be the division favorite despite all the national media love and hype our way.

You look at Miami's roster top to bottom and it's loaded. With Tua taking a massive step that's all they needed to be a real SB contender and they just beat another on the road despite trailing 3 scores in 2nd half that's big time stuff no matter which way you spin it.

I think you only watched the last 2 quarters of the game and didn't watch the first 2 quarters or watched the game last week.

The bills have a better defense than the pats. If the bills do half as good as the pats defense did in week 1, they will contain miami's offense just fine. You are saying miami is greatly improved based on 2 quarters of football.

It's a terrible matchup even with white which was my point.

Dane Jackson and 2 rookies against Hill/Waddle = not a good thing trust me. If the Bills win it will be one of those 42-40 type of scores.

Dane Jackson is good. Even with the CBs being a weak link on our defense, they aren't going to be covering waddle and hill 1 on 1. Poyer and Hyde are going to cover them as well. They are going to double hill and waddle and then they will probably single cover gesicki, who is probably the one we should worry more about.

Miami has a weak oline and with our strong dline, we should be able to out pressure on tua forcing his throws off time.

This is a team sport. it isn't like our CBs are going to be single covering these guys by themselvers. They will have a lot of help from the safeties and a lot of help from the pass rush. And probably a lot of help from Milano and Edmunds who are also good in coverage. And the strong pass rush is another bonus. You are giving miami too much credit for only 2 quarters of good football against a bad defense.

Told ya'all this was going to happen.

Game managers and fringe starters don't put up 6 TD's (something JA17 has never done) and nearly 500 yards. Congrats to Tua for taking the year 3 leap like Allen did.

Bigger question is how on earth is the Bills secondary going to have any chance against slowing down Waddle/Hill next week? Even with White healthy and in the lineup it's a bad proposition.

White wont be playing next week.

Our CBs will get a lot of help from our safeties and linebackers, and hopefully a strong pass rush

Every team has obvious flaws and Dolphins are loaded on Offense. Is Tua benefiting from a few WRs and a TE who are elite at RAC? Hell yes. But he’s still making correct reads and putting the ball in the correct spot for that insane RAC to happen. Tua gets some credit for how dangerous that passing game looks right now.

It looked good for only 2 quarters of football against a team with a poor secondary.  That is a really small sample size. Especially when tua looked average at best for 6 quarters this season.

If tua lights it up against the bills for 4 quarters against the bills next week, then I might start to have concern. Not a lot of concern, but some concern.
