  1. at this point im wondering if the bills have tried to trade TJ or are they happy enough to keep him,has he progressed in this system?

is he tradeable,???? houston maybe ,fitz is familiar if that helps....opinions?

  2. I can say this is one of the few times I can actually agree with Jerry Sullivan in saying Dareus has overstayed his welcome. For me, yes he is a former 1st rounder, a former probowler (by default) but he is not reliable and is spotty in both his play on the field and his acts off the field. Wanted a fan opinion poll as to should he stay or should he go?

JERRY SULLIVAN IS A IDIOT TO take anything he says as intelligent would make you either a moron or a fool! ,the article demonstrates the proof ,

    "

yeah cut 'a top pick because hes a lousy driver ,.utter stupidity..and getting caught with "spice" even the legal system doesnt view it as a crime in most places you can buy the stuff in stores all over here so if sully thinks he we should cut him... its because hes too lazy to do a real article about football. hes a tabloid type reporter he has no football background. they ran him out of NYC for incompetence ..go read a comic book it has more truths than a "news" article by sullivan.

  3. can I say this to the OP ?

I don't want to hear any crap about a dome in Buffalo.

A dome will not guarantee a sell out late December games

A dome will not guarantee a SB in Buffalo (if that's what you are truly after).

Can they design a dome to withstand the Buffalo snowfall? 3, 4, 5 feet, or even the ice melt like the near disaster in Dallas a few years back.

YEAH WE get worse weather than places like minneapolis or detroit

,new stadiums get SB consideration ,not automatic but consideration ,i guess you have your opinion but try backing it with facts

  4. Kuoandjio was regarded as a first rounder this time last year; Top 10 pick. He fell due to poor play and a concern that he has an arthritic knee. Well Dr. James Andrews went out of his way to write a letter to all 32 teams saying Kuoandjio's knee is fine. That seems like a very strange thing for the world's foremost expect on NFL knee's to do if it were in any way untrue.

In my mind the Bills got two Top 10 picks in 2014. Watkins and Kuoandjio, prior to the draft a Watkins Kuoandjio draft seemed outlandish and too good to be true well know if is reality.

I don't understand anything other than a reaction of "OMG the Bills just won the 2014 draft."

And that is before they got a falling Cyril Richardson who was regarded as an easy 3rd rounder in February.

The biggest needs were RT, Run Stuffing LBs, LG. If Kuoandjo, Preston, and Richardson can all play well in 2014 you just checked off three top needs on the team.

As far as the trade up. OBD is taking a risk. Demitroff summed up his trade for JJ and Bills trade for Watkins by saying, to paraphrase, this a league of takers if you sit back and wait for what is given to you, you will never win.

The Bills have been sitting back and making due with what has been given to them for awhile now. They went out and took Watkins, Mike Williams, and Bryce Brown. Watkins is a player you can lineup anywhere on the field Outside, inside even take handoffs and possible score. Watkins is not the Megatron #1 that will line up in the same place most of the time. Watkins will be motioned and moved everywhere to get a mismatch. It will be Williams that will be lined up Outside as the X and Woods as the Y with Watkins used as the new style "offensive weapon". This is going to make fans uneasy, but it doesn't matter, if he is able to consistently get double digit TDs.

As far as staying at #9 Ebron is not a special tight end he is not freakishly tall, fast, or has great hands. I never understood the hype. That would have been wasting the 2014 #9 overall pick.

Leewan's off the field might have been the issue. He is a plug and play RT but do you want Jerry !@#$ing Sullivan righting an article about how Lewan threatened to rape a young woman that thought she was raped again? It's just a bad PR move when you can get a RT in the second.

The rest available at #9 were as good as anyone available at #20 and no one would have been willing to trade up to draft any of those guys. Staying at #9 would be more of the same and making due with what is given to you. Nothing special.

It's a gamble and we know the points play out that the Bills win the trade if the Bills pick in the 20s. More importantly the Bills win because they are trying to win and win now and not just sitting back and making due with what they are given. They're not hoping someone falls to them in the 2015 draft in May 2014. They are trying to win now. Slow and steady gets stepped on in the NFL.

    AT LAST A LUCID THOUGHT!

  5. Finally getting some research time in, comparing mocks with players and, if it shakes out as everyone thinks, the following players are going to be taken way too early:

    * Any QB taken in the top 25 - Bridgewater is the only reasonably ready to play in the NFL

    * Anthony Barr - at best, late 2nd round development player

    * Eric Ebron - Not a top 25 guy. Better athlete than football player

    * Zack Martin - As a Tackle no way - as a Guard, OK

    * Cody Lattimer - too raw for round 1.

    * Mike Evans - In a real NFL offense, too limited for a top 10 pick. Should thank Johnnie Football...

    * Ra'Shede Hageman - Will be out of NFL in 4 years

We wont know for years, but the new salary structure promotes reaching..

how about backing up your opinion with some facts or even rumors? or are you relying on a crystal ball?

  6. Licata is entering his Junior year, Kelly could transfer and sit this season. Be the backup next season as a Sophomore and then have two seasons as the starter. PTR you know more about UB than I do obviously so is this a reasonable plan?

What makes you think hes worth bringing in? why because had has a uncle in the NFL ,? Because his name is KELLY?

if HES THE IDIOT MOST SAY HE IS .,,SCREW HIM ..

  7. TRADES are'nt as difficult as many think..largely its based on the "trade value chart" but when the first overall comes to play their is usually a "sweetener" ..The trade value chart says the number 1 value is the Bills first this year and next and a 2nd...but also when that happens because its the number one you gotta give up a sweetener so to speak.. weather its extra picks or a player its a given .. but imo if the trade happens and that's a big if it'll be a player added. The TEXANS need wideouts..it might be time for TJ or stevie to learn a new system.

  8. Not sure where it went...but here is an actual link for the mock.

    9. Buffalo Bills: Anthony Barr, OLB, UCLA

The Bills could elect to take a talented tight end to help E.J. Manuel, but the defense could use a versatile SAM linebacker/pass rusher to complement Mario Williams and Jerry Hughes off the edges.

    41. Buffalo Bills: Austin Seferian-Jenkins, TE, Washington

To help E.J. Manuel become more efficient in the pocket, the Bills could add a big-bodied tight end with Rob Gronkowski-like skills to the line up.

*If the Patriots end up with Rashede Hageman, I will be pretty pissed...he's going to be a beast.

HAGEMAN IS my wishlist player right now for the BILLS the issue is ive never seen him listed as a 4-3 de ,,,only as a,.3-4 de or dt in a 4-3 ..i think he'd be a great bookend for mario but at de in the 4-3 .just my opinion .we will see..

  9. I heard of the article and gotta admit it surprised me , but the Bills have been doing alot of DE interviews, it seems they are searching for that "bookend" for opposite mario.. that puts a different light on it..I believe if they move up its for Clowney. the difference in the top tackles isnt so dramatic as to warrant a move to 1 overall, as good as Mack is,he is not a number one imo, it would have to be Clowney , unless. the dropped a bomb and took a qb.

i checked the trade value chart it would cost the BILLS this years 1st and 3rd.and next years 1st and 2nd and possibly another if BILLS improvement puts there pick in 2015 past 16 overall
