Doubtful they use any gadget plays during the preseason. If he has value we will see it down the stretch.

Were probably going to find out. It will be news for a few days, someone will sign him, he will at least bring some press to a lesser team. Bitter sweet momentarily but he's just not very good.

With an improved offensive lines and better RBs we should be less predictable. A respectable run game will change the way defenses play us. Hopefully Gabes foot injury is behind him and he improves.

Stephan Diggs is unhappy with his situation and wants out??? Surely he isn't that dumb...where is he going to go where he is in a better situation? Chiefs dont have the Cap, Bengals and Philly don't need a receiver, You're angry about losing in the playoffs so the Cowboys aren't going to change that. San Diego? Jacksonville? can't say that's better. Our Oline should be improved, Kincaid and some other slot additions, better RBs. There's the Bengals game where he got heated sure, but he might have watched some tape and seen that Josh was getting gang rapped every snap. His best scenario is to take that passion and us it to lead, getting on teamates for slacking, dogging, make every rep count.-

This is the goal of every organization. I imagine this will help get cap space for this season because 1.4 m is not going to work.
They used the # 9 pick to draft a penetrating DT that gets 2.5 sacks a year...they developed him to continue to get low production. Not to sure this is what good teams do.

Just hope he is back long enough to catch his stride before the post season, Shaq Lawson isnt in the same universe as Von but he is a serviceable DE just wont make an impact in the playoffs

Bates kinda eliminates himself as an entrenched starter as he is more valuable to the 53 man roster as a backup to all 3 interior positions and an emergency tackle. As the season wears on he will get plenty of reps and most likely start eventually, Im not confident Mitch Morse can play a complete season anymore as he has become a concussion collector.

Ed he isnt even top 5 for our D Line, Jordan Phillips (when healthy) and Poona can both play the 3 tech better than him

They may have Blitzed because they couldn't cover all the weapons. Diggs, Emmanuel Sanders, Beasley, Knox. Gabe Davis seemed to be very good playing as the #3 or 4 almost like a TE finding a soft spot to run to. 2023 it was double Diggs and put your #1 CB on Gabe and spy Josh. Crowder got hurt, Mckenzie was bad, and we just couldnt generate anything over the middle. Bring in Hardy, Kincaid, and Sheffield to try and get some of that fire power back

It says they werent the primary problem...indicating they where a problem. No defense lined up worried about our running game, play action is huge at the goal line Singletary is slow and our Oline was average.
