Preseason does count when your guaging your players talent level. The final score is the only thing that does not count in preseason. IMHO preseason is a great way to see what your team is going to do in the NFL season. If your starting o line is getting their asses whipped it probably means thay stink and will stink in the regualr season.
How can people say "preseason means nothing"?
I have to agree with the writer of that article, I also think Buffalo will be one of the worst teams in the NFL this year if not the worst.
Is there a difference between worse and worst?
Has anything changed from the last 5 years? I know the off season moves were limited but damn, how about some difference makers.
I know I know, it's only preseason and it was the first game but I have a gut feeling this team goes 2-14 this year..
Hard to get excited about this team this season for me. Maybe i'm getting old or something but the product on the field is still really bad.
It's a mess man.
Some Contract Details: The deal signed by Donte Whitner is the second largest rookie contract in team history behind Mike Williams's deal. It is for five years, instead of the six allowed by the collective barganing agreement. He is expected to earn around $29 Million with more than $13 Million of that guaranteed. He will get 15 percent more than last year's no. 8 pick and $12 Million more than the no. 9 pick in this year's draft.
