As long as it’s cold enough for the precipitation to not become rain, and the wind isn’t too bad, I think the Bills could still put up big points.

I have a hard time thinking the Dolphins will hang with us. Especially after their performance at the Chargers last week. Their two scores were a complete fluke fumble recovery and a bomb to Tyreek where the DB fell down (would have been in position to at least interrupt the pass otherwise). Other than those two plays they couldn’t get anything going on offense, and the Chargers were missing half their starters.

Bills just have to focus on no turnovers.  If they win turnover battle, Bills should romp.  McDaniel will have tricks up his sleeve.  I would expect Waddle and Hill on many WR sweeps.  If the Bills keep having tackling issues, that could swing the game the other way.

Start up in the booth. Has our offensive coordinator been nursing an injury? Is he just drunk? Incompetent? Regardless we need him to pull his head out of his ass, if its possible at this point. It's been stuck there for weeks.

Yes, so predictable.  Like, who can remember the last time we tried a trick play?

Last 3 games we have given up 208, 173, 147 yards rushing... those teams we faced only average 122, 116, 107 yards per game rushing...

Now we face a team that's significantly better at running than any of those 3 opponents who averages 159 rushing yards per game, with Chubb by himself averaging 100 ypg.

150 is a tough cutoff because 150 for a single rusher is a special day. Based on the way we are playing and he is playing i would easily see 100+, question is does he have a big day for 130-140 or does he push 150+?

    I'm going to say 150+.

I would settle for not giving up an 81 yd TD run.

  4. I tell you what really pisses me off.  All week, all the pundits, Joe Marino, Joe Buscalia, Chris Brown, literally ALL the WGR guys today talked about how they were going to SMOKE the Bills.  This on the VERY SAME weekend that we had our arse handed to us by JAX last year.  And the Jets were 5-3!!  How you can disrespect a team like that when your own team did not exactly light the world on fire when we last saw them is beyond me!  That's my rant.

  5. Beane has stated over and over again that he takes a long term look at the team and will continue to do so.  He wants to be good for a really long time.  There is NO guarantee that you pick up someone (that some other team did NOT want) and they are going to make you a super bowl winner.  And in the process probably pay too much in the process.  I trust Beane and will continue to do so.

Anyone have a beat on Wilson and the jets today? His yardage looked really good— curious how he looked and if we should be worried?!

Here is what the beat writer said about him

"Zach Wilson was a disaster. It would be fair to pin this loss on him. He threw three interceptions, each one worse than the last. His aversion to throwing the ball cost the Jets a chance to finally beat the Patriots, who looked very beatable most of the day. Until the Jets get even average QB play, they won’t be going anywhere. – Rosenblatt"

These stories make me happy. I always liked JP and thought he was a great guy despite some of the stories about him being arrogant. Pity he never made it as a player

my college roommate (Charlie Coiner) coached with the Bills during the Jauron era.  He introduced me and my family to JP Losman in the team hotel.  Also Alex Van Pelt.  Both super nice.

Not a shot at any particular poster, but man oh man did that Jags loss mind f**k a lot of Bills fans. That loss is brought up in every thread as a reason to not be too optimistic and that’s gotta suck to carry that around your neck like some heavy burden bestowed by the football gods.

It messes with my mind because I witnessed it in person.  It was time change weekend and players acted like they were in a funk, even in warmups.
