How do I stop schefter from literally ruining the draft. We get it dude you get the scoop. Please stop
Put on NFL network. They are tipping nothing.

Come on Beane
I hope I'm wrong, but nobody seems willing to trade down.

I thought that this would happen. The top of this draft is so strong that no on is willing to move down even for a large haul of picks.

By the pick 28 there will be no WR’s left
If they are as good as you think they all are, why would any team trade down instead of drafting them?
-
For all the people asking Beane to trade up this far, the Bills don't have the ammo to do that in a draft with a deep top half. The players this year are better than future picks.

I know people are going to flip when teams don't trade down and take all the WRs, but if they don't want to trade there is no way to force them to.

You can't stop it. Bad teams get good players. It's how the draft works.

The league must have told the Bears to take all 10 minutes. There is no other explanation.

B/R NFL Scouting Dept.'s Final 2024 NFL Draft Big Board
With the draft set to begin Thursday in Detroit, our team of scouts pieced together its final draft board—with accompanying scouting reports—to provide insight into the top 300 prospects in this year's class.
Grading Scale
10: Generational Talent / No. 1 Overall
9.5-9.9: Top-Five Prospect
9.0-9.4: Top-10 Prospect
8.5-8.9: Immediate Impact Prospect / 1st Round
8.0-8.4: Year 1 Starter / Late 1st-2nd Round
7.5-7.9: Potential Impact Player / 2nd Round
7.0-7.4: High-Level Backup / Potential Starter / 3rd Round
6.5-6.9: Potential Role Player / Contributor / 4th Round
6.0-6.4: High-level Developmental Prospect / 5th Round
5.5-5.9: Backup/Draftable / 6th-7th Round
5.0-5.4: Backup/UDFA with Roster Potential / UDFA
4.0-4.9: Developmental Prospect / UDFA
3.0-3.9: Training Camp Body / UDFA
That is a very different ranking than the consensus on TBD. It has Coleman ranked two rounds higher than Leggett. It also has Roman Wilson ranked higher than all of the late first guys we have been obsessing over for three months.

Great choice, great choice.
My wife’s birthday AND her sister is arriving to stay with us. The Big Night!
Big Night is a great film. My wife and I went to the premiere at SUNY Albany. Stanley Tucci spoke and took questions.

Vorrei un Brunello di Montalcino, per favore.
That's a serious place. I would get the Ossobuco Alla Milanese myself.

Granted I’ve only see him play a few quarters, but I shocked he’s not a round 6 flyer. Michigan refused to let him throw. And he runs like a middle schooler wearing his big brothers shoes and ankle weights.
He's giving teams Tom Brady vibes. That's the only explanation.

Cincy would be wise to keep them happy, but this likely ends with trades tomorrow night or Day2
I don't think so. People requesting trades from the Bengals used to be an almost yearly occurrence and Mike Brown always tells them that they signed the contract and now they will play under it until it is over. Renegotiating contracts before they are over is something that he doesn't do. That's why I was surprised when they extended Burrow before they absolutely had to. Remember, Carson Palmer asked for trades for two straight years before he finally took the step of actually holding out. It still took them almost an entire season to finally back down and move him. In the case of Mike Bown, it is partially a belief in strict adherence to the salary cap system that the small market clubs fought for but mostly a lack of liquidity.

Not until Chase or Burrow demands a trade.

I've been telling you guys for a long time that even though Burrow and Zac Taylor have been trying to build a culture in Cincinnati, Mike Brown is still the owner. They pay cash to the cap, so no one except Burrow and Chase are going to get paid.
That being said, they will tell Hendrickson and Higgins to pound sand and make them play out the year. You can bank on that, so for at least one more year the Bengals are serious contenders.

It's not true. It was 2003, you are right about that, but it is a common misconception that it was Sehorn. It was someone who played for either the Benglas or the Browns. Forget which.
Now you got me looking. I just looked at the Browns and Bengals 2003 rosters and they had no white CBs that started a game while Sehorn started 3 games for the Rams in 2003. I'm an academic librarian by trade and I am treating this like a reference question from a grad student. I will find this information.

Pretty soon, teams won't be able to afford vet QBs once their franchise WR is off of his rookie contract.

I would consider Kelce the Chiefs #1. Yes, you do. We don’t have Kelsey at TE, yet. Again if we had a dominate #1 or a Kelce… I’d be all for the worthy pick. We don’t have that.
No ones doing that bud. But go ahead.

Don't get old, kids - it sucks....
In my experience, the worst part is the laxative that you have to take the night before the prep day. Also, drink lots of chicken broth; it feels like real food.

Did Worthy steal your parking spot lol, you don’t think it’s odd that the player is universally considered a highly valued prospect by pretty much every scouting department in the NFL as you yell and stomp your feet telling everyone he’s gonna fail.
This is what obsessed fans do at draft time; they "scout" and "grade" college prospects, form strong and unmovable opinions and then throw temper tantrums that would put a 3-year-old to shame when the team has a different draft board than they do.

This is the fewest number of trades that I can remember. I think that it's a reflection of the strength of NEXT year's draft.
