  1. Hi all, I'm fairly new here & am quickly forming the opinion that a large number(if not a majority) of Bills fans are cranky, negative, opinionated, pessimistic, aggressive, toss-bags with little sense of fun or frivolity who take things way too seriously.

I live in Melbourne, Australia & am a huge Bills fan. I was nearly creaming my pants(is that too crude for this forum?) when I discovered The Stadium Wall.

Imagine my dismay when within a few days I find myself in arguments over innocuous statements,

come across countless people who you would think are from Miami by the way they slag off at everything Bills

& generally get the feeling that knocking things is the way to be.

Is it just me or is it a case of the 'squeaky wheel'?

You guys don't know how great you have it.

I dream of being able to go to a Bills game...even if we got thrashed.

Please leave me some encouraging thoughts...though I expect by the end of this I will be argued with, slagged off, insulted & generally told that my opinion is rubbish & that 'yours' is the only one worth having.

Gee, now look who is the negative one....AAARRRGGGHHH it's catching.

    Thanks All 0:)

Well, seems like you pretty much have it . Everything you said is basically true. that being said, welcome to the wall

  2. yeah hes gone, i dont know what is taking so long though

wishful thinking perhaps, but i hope they are just waiting for the FA pool to dry up and and possibly get someone to take on his contract and get a draft pick out of the deal? seems unlikely but it seems only to help the team to wait. it gives them the max amount of time to work out a new deal or make a final decision. it also leaves the door open for ANY other opportunities(desperate teams who miss out on premier FA wideouts) to open up. unless moulds' contract interferes with the signing of another player, i say wait as long as possible to cut him.

  3. Other then Ryan Pickett and Rocky Bernard I dont feel there was any fre agent we lost out on the opportunity to sign. Guys like Runyan, Mike Flannagan, Tutan Reyes are all still available. I liked the triplett signing. Not crazy about Royal but he's younger then Mark Campbell and is a decent blocker. The te positions hinges on everett and how he comes back. I liked the Andre Davis signing. Not a big Bowen fan. I'm hoping Baker beats out him and Coy Wire for the ss spot if thats what it comes down to. Theres still a lot of quality players out there to be had, and it's better then blowing a wad over guys like randle el or adam archuletta.

a well thought out, positive, and intelligent spin on the recent signings and still available FAs for some of the tortured souls on this board.

everyone remember to breathe now. in... out... in... out...

  4. A torn pectoral muscle but he also had a right knee sprain earlier in the year, personally I'd rather have Pettigout from the Giants.

i had petitgout on my madden team and he was awesome. but that aside, i would think fabini could be a big improvement to our line, at either tackle spot. i wouldn't consider him washed up at 32, but what kind of deal would he command with other teams also interested. are the pats and bucs the only other suitors right now? certainly the pats won't break the bank for him and aren't the bucs in cap trouble? i also think this could help the interior O-line if gandy gets a shot at the LG spot. i hope marv gets him.

  5. i'd love for the bills to get bunkley but as already mentioned by one poster, not at #8. and since buffalo has yet to make any kind of noise in free agency, i wouldn't really mind them trading out of the #8 spot in order to get more picks. this team has alot of holes to fill and trading down to get say an extra 2nd rounder sounds really good right now. hopefully leinart, young,or cutler fall to #8 and the bills could get some suitors for that pick.

  6. Yeah right the Bills will sign a LB. :(:( Crowell proved last year he could play LB and play it well. He will take Posey's spot next season.

i don't know that crowell could play the strong side, but who knows. still i'd hate to see the bills pass on davis to take a LB.

  7.

The Bills are back to having a bend-but-don't-break defense. They're tooling up the offense to be a high-scoring, fast-paced affair—just like the old days

i wish they'd begin this tooling up of the offense pretty soon. not that i'm being impatient but Royal and Davis do not a K-gun make.
