when was the last time Marty was a co-ordinator, is that something you even knew before you posted this? I agree on Turner and guys like Wade but Marty is a good head coach that knows how to build teams, get them to the playoffs and does it rather quickly. Say what you want about his playoff record but we're talking about a team that hasnt been to the playoffs in how long? How about we worry about winning a playoff game when the Bills actually make the playoffs

yeah because winning division titles would be a bad thing with the state of the Bills over the past 10+ years Marty has taken 3 different teams to the playoffs and would have been 4 if Snyder would have given him another year or two instead of hiring Spurrier Marty ball wasnt slow or painful to watch in San Diego and really at this point does it matter...He likes to run the ball and play good defense, I dont know about anyone else but that works for me. I would take slow and painful as long as its successful and worry about playoffs when they actually get there. Marty is also a more realistic option because it wouldnt take 8-9 mil a year to get him like it would to get Cowher because we all know Ralph will never pay that

Holmgren did not build the Packers and had his GM duties taken away from him in Seattle after struggling with it...i would rather have a real NFL caliber GM for a change

they are a completely different team when they play on the east coast, things might have been different if that game was in Buffalo its definately time for the NFL to start putting other teams on Thanksgiving, I am beyond tired of seeing Detroit suck every year

Marty Schottenheimer should be the next head coach of the Bills I am not a fan of Holmgren, just another head coach like Andy Reid that thinks the system is more important then any of his players. It also would never happen

first of all, every RB has a bad game or two during the season LT was hurt last year and is hurt again this year and is clearly starting to breakdown but the Chargers would in no way be better with him on the bench

it doesnt hurt that he has played under good offensive co-ordinators...would he have done the same with Fairchild and Turk? who knows but I agree he is money

what about his time in Carolina? he built an expansion team that went to the Super Bowl
