i think both of those guys would have to be really good STers to beat the others off the roster because they are already a step above having experience in the offence. With already taking a rookie WR for the bottom of the rotation, I don't see them taking another. McKenzie is here as a gadget/trick play guy, the others fit ST roles, and Williams had to be stashed on PS most of the year because they didn't have room on the roster for him.

i think they will be the surprise team. I don't think they have turned things around and become the Division leaders (did read something saying that with a RB, they are now a possible playoff team), but I think that they could be a solid team that will not be easy to beat. They are building a solid team, not spectacular or flashy (like the Browns), but solid

Lots of guys being drafted to be backups/sit behind someone else. GB, Philly, NYJ and Buf all take guys they don't need to start. LAC & MIA grab starters. Colts probably fit the first category too. Pats are good sitting their with one of there former backups and a guy no one knows about.....

I think as a backup, I'd rather have a 'Dink and Dunk' kinda guy, seems safer and easier for the offence then someone who plays the same style as Josh but isn't as good as him. Make it easier for the offence to adjust if needed

Except they probably don't expect him to have to start cause they have no one else...... Sounds like a guy who won't threaten Allens job, but can fill in short term if something happens.

I agree, If i was the pats I would be trying to get one of the 3 FAs right now, but I don't think they are. Winston put up stats, but he doesn't seem like the kind of QB BB wants for the offence. Dalton could ask for and get a release from the Bengals, I can't see BB giving up anything to get him though.

That doesn't seem like it would be 'The Patriot Way' Winston or Cam don't seem to be guys that would fit the Pats offence Dalton maybe, but I think the Bengals keep him now to help with Burrows and maybe deal him around the deadline if someone gets hurt
