One of our past employees just recently recovered from this. He was also unconscious but he made it through! It's all in the timing of when they start the treatment.

Yes, those are the ones. It wasn't only people making over 250K, it was also S-corps, which are what most small companies are. The company I work for is a small C-corp which also is seeing an income tax increase. This income tax increase will also affect large corporations. I'm Okay with tax increase if I didn't see so much waste. We are in a recession...our company had to cut costs. Shouldn't the State do that too? I'm also just sick of the one county (Multnomah Co) that always decides the votes for the rest of the state. Most of those people are non-natives that work for the State while the rest of the State are mostly native Oregonians that work for private companies.

Yeah, and they still think we drive covered wagons.

If it weren't for the weather, I'd be interested. I'm looking for a state with MORE sunshine. This is a very good option! I love small towns. Yes, AJ has told me so. But someone else told me to stay clear of NY. NC, eh? Hmmmmm... But yeah, check with the wife first. Nice! Very tempting. We don't have a sales tax either but do have a state tax which just got higher.

Yes, and small businesses make up 95% of the businesses in Oregon. Guess I'll be looking for a job soon too!

After yesterday's passing of two measure's it's clear that this state is "run" by one county made up of a bunch of idiots who are not even native to the state. Yeah, they know what's good for Oregon. Any recommendations as to where to move? And thanks for letting me vent.

I'm sorry some women out there just can't seem to get it. There are also us women out there who ARE trustworthy so don't lose hope. Give yourself time to heal but also don't totally shut yourself off to these trustworthy women that will come along. Best of luck to you!
