Go look at South Africa and the weekly genocide there. Asia, same. This stuff is going on 24/7.

    It's just different.

Still, besides Tom Brady, never speak I'll of the dead.

    What are you talking about?

What's happening now is completely different from what Kissinger was responsible for.  (Well, maybe the genocide in Gaza would be included.)

Also... what a stupid saying, "Never speak ill of the dead."

Yeah, let's just whitewash history.  That's a healthy approach.

  2. This is exactly what happened.

I always have to watch our games on time delay due to the time-zone difference.

Well, sure enough I got home last night and turned on the game with the sense of impending dread hanging over my head.

The first half was great, but at halftime, my doubts began to creep in.  When the Eagles scored to bring them within 3 points, my inner voice was telling me, “Hey Dummy, we’ve seen this before!  They’re going to blow it!”

Sure enough, I paused the game and looked online for the final score.  That did it for me, and I simply turned off the TV.

    History repeats.

I really hate to write it, but it’s time for McD to go.  We need to find someone that can get us over the hump and actually win these close games once in a while, instead of finding new excruciating ways to lose.

  3. My favorite memories are simply just remembering family.

It's been a long time since I moved away from home and now just about all of my NY family have passed.

My parents were German immigrants and they, along with our other extended German/American family made every holiday feel special.

They were old-school people that hearkened back to a different era, and fully embraced American Thanksgiving.

I especially think about my parents and my Oma, and the struggles that they went through to escape East Germany to begin a new life in America.

For our family, Thanksgiving was always a time to reflect and truly give thanks for what we all had.

And boy, could those old German women cook!

The amount of food that they made was insane.

I hope you all have a great holiday up there.

    Go Bills.

I like a good Philly Cheesesteak

But on game day, it's all Buffalo!  I wear my Bills gear and eat wings!

    I'm with you 100%, Honda.

We can talk all we want about Philly Cheese Steaks  (I miss them so much here in NZ) but... on gameday it's Buffalo Rochester food.

(However, I think it was my wife that lost us that Jaguars game, when I came home to see that she made Ranch dressing because we didn't have any Blue Cheese in the house.)

Not sure who’s the better chef?

    The better chef?

I think it's a bit stupid to compare two different running backs that run behind two different O-Lines.

Cook has the speed and is FINALLY showing a bit (only a little) of power in his game.  For the first few games, he would get drop to the ground at the slightest effort from the defensing player.

Motor had exceptional vision (When there actually were gaps/lanes) and almost always gave the defending players a big "Pop!" at the end of each run.  For such a small guy, he packed a punch, and I loved watching him play.

I’m gonna preface this post by acknowledging that this will be widely unpopular. People will say I am having a knee jerk reaction to the last few weeks.

But, with the shortcomings of the offense, not just this season but last as well, I gotta think the blame does solely lie with just McD and Dorsey. Allen has clearly been an issue too. Missing open opportunities because he either looks and throws right away or simply only looks for Diggs. Allen has also committed a ludicrous amount of turnovers. Situationally, he’s been pretty poor this year when it comes to decision making.

On the other end of things, he’s getting older. He will be 28 next season and is only continuing to take more lumps. He will only get slower, more injury prone and probably not progress mentally. He’s shown as a pure pocket passer he is simply above average.

Look at Cam around the 8 year mark. Really started to take a dive. Josh will be going into his 7th season next year.

If this team continues on this current trajectory, i think it’s fair to assume there will be fairly significant changes not only personnel-

wise, but coaching-wise as well with a very new OC at the least. With josh seemingly reaching the end of his prime, is that really a time we want to be reloading/re-building?

My thought is, while Josh still has value, is trade him. I’d love if we could to the bears for their 2 firsts next year, one in 2025 and a second in 2024. We use those picks to draft a QB as well as Marvin Harrison jr. We could rebuild with a QB on a rookie contract, get the best WR in college to go with Diggs and Dalton Kinkaid, and on top of that we’d be able to use the other picks to build up our o line. We focus on offense next year and shift to defense the following.

Now all of this would be contingent on new GM, new staff.

im saddened to propose this because I love josh. Seems like a great dude and great for Buffalo. But at a certain point, we gotta start thinking that maybe Josh isn’t the one to win us a SB.

    Chuck your spears as appropriate.

Yeah, let's trade away the best player in Bills history.

This board is getting stupider by the minute.

This was obviously called to determine who should wear the gold suit for the Amazon Prime pre-game B-Roll footage. Putting it to a team vote. Much ado about nothing...

    Thanks for sharing that!

I can't remember the last time I've seen a Bills player in a TV commercial. (Not any "American Football" stuff on TV here in NZ)

This was a pretty funny one too.  I may start a thread to see if people could share other things like this for us faraway fans.

    Cheers!
