  1. JP and the long ball would have connected numerous times with T.O. and Lee Evans, no doubt about it.

yeah his career of .78 td's per game and under 150 yards passing a game and his more ints than td's would lead one to believe jp would have connected "numerous" times with Owens/Evans. Where do these mythical Losman standards come from?

  2. I was offered tix to this game as an early bday present. It's gonna be raining and cold and I'll be there to witness it all. The only reason I'm going is because it really is good seats I was offered, so I feel bad turning it down. Where I'm sitting I should be close enough to voice my displeasure for Jauron as I will be on the visitors side.

  3. No the bills just haven't found a qb who's any good. If Losman was as good as his mythical standards fans have applied to him around here he wouldn't be in a rag tag league. Edwards is just as bad as losman, maybe worse. Van Pelt, Johnson,Holcomb,Losman,Edwards nothing more than at the absolute most backup qb's. I find it hillarious when people still argue about Losman,Edwards when they're both so awful.

  4. Its a step in the right direction.

It should help with penalties that kill drives before they start, but the overall play won't improve much. If the bills were smart they'll start playing to their strengths and ride lynch/jackson. Whether we can get those intermediate throws to owens/evans well that remains to be seen.

  5. So, you're saying the glass is half-full, eh? :(

I want to see Hamden play. I think he could be a real talent given the chance. Why not give him the chance now? What's to lose? The season is already a lost cause and Edwards clearly has regressed. Let Hamden have at it for a few weeks and see what happens. That would be fun to watch.

Todd Collins/Van Pelt/Flutie/Johnson/Bledsoe/Losman/Holcomb/Losman/Edwards yup it can only get better with Gibran Hamden :censored:

  6. "There were a lot of plays out there that we felt like we could've made, but we didn't make them for one reason or another. We've just got to make them. We've got to do a better job coaching. There were a lot of plays like that where we couldn't quite connect, for one reason or another."- Bill Belichick

Obviously this guy is a ****ty coach cause he doesn't say it with any anger or emotion. Not that he's won numerous superbowls or anything like that :(

  7. :( Stupid is as stupid types.

So you can't answer the question. Just keep on spouting the hyperbole that Sanchez is some sort of mythical quarterback, who single handidly is changing around the jets. I hear it all the time on sports radio here in Jersey. Must be true, even though his actual play doesn't support that. I guess "facts" make me stupid.

  8. It means that one area where JP acutally did do well was in the long passing game. He could throw a pretty nice long ball, and the biggest thing is he wasn't afraid to throw the ball downfield in any situation.

He was The Mark Sanchez of the Bills during his time here. More turnovers than touchdowns, under 60% completion pct and under 180 passing yards a game. Sorry every qb the bills have had since Kelly has sucked. Losman and Edwards fans need to start demanding better than "who sucks less"

  9. connecting JP to Trent concerning the long ball is stupid

JP and Trent are both ****ty quarterbacks is what he was getting at, more so than the deep ball. Personaly I wasnt all that impressed with sanchez. He was thoroughly out performed by Chad Henne. I dont understand what Sanchez has done to impress anyone. 7 turnovers in the 4 games coming into tonight. He's a rookie yeah, and he's got potential, but the amount of hype he gets is a bit ridiculous. Especially for a guy who's averaging 1 td under 60% completion pct and under 180yards a game. He's thrown deep a few times sure. If that is the standard in a Bills fan mind of a "good quarterback" I suggest people here pay more attention to actual games, than media hype

  10. I hate that bend but don't break undersized crap defense we have....it feels like a decade since we had a great defense....oh wait it was.

I used to think the 2004 defense we had was vastly overrated. That would be a godsend compared to this rag tag garbage group

  11. The big move will probably be Marcus Freeman off the practice squad. done, enjoy Joe Corto as a starter!

Makes little difference. Even our starters if they weren't injured aren't anything worth writing home about. Poz is injured all the time and he's a stiff anyway. Mitchell is slow, and consistently out of position Ellison is a liability and not really good at anything. Really why isn't Nic Harris getting a shot? Corto?!?! How did we go from Crowell/Fletcher/Spikes to this garbage?
