  1. I agree 100%. But don't the Argonauts play in a football stadium and not the Skydome??
  2. Seeing how the Dolphins home games were half empty this year, and will probably be half empty next year, they might be persuaded. The Pats, no way in hell, there is a waiting list for season tickets there, although it may get shorter once there demise begins in the next few years. Buh-bye Weis, Buh-bye Crennel!!!
  3. How about one of our away games in Toronto!! I know, then someone else would be losing a home game. But maybe a team that does not sell out most of their home games should be looked at, like the Dolphins. Taggy-boo is smoking crack. I'm not a big basketball fan, but how bout then if the Raptors play two home games in Buffalo's HSBC against, let's say the Lakers and Miami Heat. God knows the HSBC could use some action.
  4. He does not praise Buffalo on Rochester radio as much as you might think. Everytime I listen to him he brings up all the bad about the team and then changes the subject back on the Pats.
  5. He really doesn't talk much Bills on the Rochester show, it's all Patriots with him and how they are the best team in NFL history. He does not show much loyalty to a team who made him who he is.
  6. I am not sure about his rating, but his comp% is astounding.
  7. I have two dogs that are half German Shepard, half Siberian Husky. They are brother and sister and get along great. The problem is they are not real good with small children. They have not attacked anyone, but get very nervous when the kids get around them. They are great watch dogs and very protective, but I can't have them around my small children not knowing for sure what they are thinking. They do tend to show their teeth and growl very quietly when the kids disturb them, but then they run away. I would rather have them go to a less active, good home than have to worry about them and what may happen. They are great with adults and listen very well i.e., housebroken, sit, shake, lie down, all that good stuff that dogs do. Although, the female can leap a 4 and a half foot chain linked fence, very surprising if you saw her smallish size. Their names are Rocky (the male who is black and tan, with floppy ears) and Rio (the female who is brindle with 3/4 ears that stand up when she is chasing the cats). If anyone is interested or knows of someone who may be interested, please PM me. Thanks, CN
  8. Come on now CW, I mentioned that in my original post, just to cover my arse.
  9. I am hoping they win straight up, but I do think they will cover. The thing that scares me now is this deal with Brady's grandmother dying 3 days prior to the game. TB could have the game of his life and the Pats may end up crushing the Eagles. God I hope that is not the case.
  10. Thank you, my bad. Sorry Ray!!!
  11. Air McNair behind our O-line,even though they have improved some, would be killed dead by week 4. DB is just one pretty tough SOB, who can't QB for crap. That being said I would rather have McNair tutor JP than DB.
  12. That cap crap is too confusing for me to get into. I just believe what I read. I would be interested in reading your article.
  13. What is with the bad karma for certain players leading up to the SB. I recall these few incidents in recent memory. Feel free to add more. Ray Buchanan getting popped humping a prostitute days before the SB. Barrett Robbins going on a major drunk and dissappearing before the Raiders SB. Ray Lewis accused of shooting someone. Tom Brady's grandmother taking a pass. I know most of these are brought on by the player themselves getting into that situation, but why right before the big game?? At least Rae Carruth plotted to have his wife killed during a down time of the year. These guys are whacked.
  14. You are a retard. Your name says it all. Grow up DB. Brady DID NOT make the kicks, Adam did and in the 1st SB it was a 48 yarder. I bet AV wishes Brady got him closer than 48 yards. That is nowhere close to a gimme FG. Maybe I'll change my name to "03billswhoopinthepats30-0".
  15. I'm with you on that one. Had Rt. shoulder surgery a few years ago to have my ligaments screwed back into place. They got shredded when I popped my shoulder out. It hurts right now because I have not excercised it by drinking this week. I am sure it will be loosened up come Sunday. Not to bring you down, but it will probably hurt for the rest of your life. Mine still hurts from time to time. Although yours being totally replaced, maybe you'll have better luck. Let me know, maybe I'll go that way.
  16. I agree that this is a pretty cold thread, but 94 years old. I hope I make it to half that age. She had a hell of a lot longer life than most have and most will.
  17. Brady said he didn't think his grandmother's death would be a distraction heading into Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. "I know what's going on back there. I've got people there," Brady said. "I'm letting them deal with it back in San Francisco." Ungrateful, cold, selfish jerk. Guess he didn't care for Nana too much. And isn't it a coincidence that Brady and family are from the SF area and now he lives close to the SF of the East in Provincetown, MA.
  18. Another reason for the NFL to give him another non-deserving MVP trophy. Vinatieri will get screwed AGAIN.
  19. First link on TSW page. Cap #s
  20. She was holding the back of her head like she whacked it on the rim pretty good. Damn good editing if it is fake.
  21. How you like to have that cap problem and suck as bad as they did. Boston and Fiedler count most towards that figure and look how they each contributed last year. Good luck Saban. Get used to the basement for awhile. On the positive side they can cut Fiedler and Boston, save alot of money and not lose any talent.
  22. Thank you LA. And as you can see I am not replying with my feelings on this one.
  23. Not even close, between "Sweetness" and Emmitt. But with all do respect, Jim Brown was the king of all RBs. 1. Jim Brown 2. Walter Payton 3. Barry Sanders 4. Emmitt Smith
  24. I myself like to compare Drew to an immobile Ray Lucas.......clueless!!!!
  25. Here's a link, and apparently the Nets are headed for Brooklyn in the future. Newark arena
