  1. This **** is rediccc.

Anyone else sick of reading this crap? If you guys are so sure he is trolling then stop taking the "bait" and stop trolling him back.

He has a pompous attitude and can be a tool, but he isn't killing the forums, the guys replying to him are. Block him or get over it.

  2. Lynch scored more TDs because he has had far more "and goal" carries then Fred Jackson has. Over his career Marshawn has had 46 "and goal" carries and has converted 10 (21.7%) of them while Freddy has 18 "and goal" carries and converted on 3 attempts (16.7%).

He's better than Freddy around the goal line but not by that much.

I love how everyone who was yelling TD's shut up after this post.

  3. While I agree that the Gaither trade is more than likely a pipe dream, Patrick Moran is not that much better than the original website that claims a deal is done. Moran has been called out countless times for simply making up stories and sources. My best guess is that he never emailed Schefter in the first place but is simply using his latest tweet as the basis for his own speculation.

I just dont see why the Ravens would rush to get this done. Why not wait it out a few months until training camp and then wait for injuries to pile up? I seriously doubt we'll see Gaither in a Bills uniform any time soon.

Moran's 1 credible contact is Schefter, and it is the only time he gets things right imo. I drew this conclusion from following Billzone some, but he def. does talk to him at times.

  4. I hear yah. But let's be real, the tight end position is far from a strength. They struggle to get open and make plays.

I am not saying they are a strength as much as I am saying our OL/WR/QB's have been pretty bad, so while it is obvious RB is a strength, I'd go as far to say TE's would be the second strongest offensive position on the Bill's offense, which of course isn't saying much. I'd rank our TE's from 20-25ish in the league. No way are they 30-32 and worse than the OL/WR's like that guy posted, imo.

  5. You're crazy. The 30th ranking above for the TE's is on the money. They've had Capt. Checkdown as their QB for parts of three seasons and have had ZERO production out of the tight ends. Trent Edwards should be a dream QB for a TE to be productive. Get open six yards downfield, he'll find you. The Bills have a bunch of practice squad nobodys and they continue to address this need by using a 5th round pick every year and telling the fans what a "steal" they picked up.

FYI- Having three tight ends means you don't have a tight end.

Problem with your little theory, Trent doesn't throw checkdowns over the middle, only to the sideline where the backs normally are. I am not saying our TEs are top 20, but I am saying that this board seriously derails them as the TE position is nearly the least of our worries on offense.

  6. 1. DB's - Top 15, not Top 5

    2. RB's - Rank somewhere between 15 - 25

    3. DL - Rank between 10 -15

    4. LB's - Rank between 25 - 32

    5. TE's - Rank between 30 - 32

    6. OL - Rank between 25 - 32

    7. WR - Rank between 25 - 32

    8. QB - Rank 32

Rebuilding decade starting. I think this is accurate....thoughts?

DB, RB way off, DL can be good but still has to show it, TE's are much higher than that, on our current offense it is actually a strength considering the WR, QB, OL positions. LB should be better than last year if not only for having a solid inside, even if the outside linebackers do not do well. OL/WR/QB all work together, I expect all three to look ****ty once again but if the QB or OL or WR looks better, they will all look better.

  7. Let's wait to see how Torrell Troup and Kyle Williams perform at the nose before suggesting no one will be able to run against us. Oh, and did you realize that we have no outside linebackers currently on the roster? If you think Maybin is a natural for OLB, you may want to ask yourself why Perry Fewell preferred Bryan Scott at the position late in the year. It may be easy to run to the outside and up the middle.

What. You do realize 3-4 OLB is much different than a 4-3 OLB right? My bad, you obviously didn't.

  8. Just a suggestion, perhaps Tim would eventually return under an enhanced-moderated thread, where questions get pre-screened. Lori & Co., I don't know whether you'd want to take that on (and I agree that you shouldn't have to, but it is what it is). Just a thought.

Not sure he would come back at this point but this would def. help resolve the issues caused by ungrateful posters.

  9. The Bills defense absolutely kept them in games. As horrible as our run defense was, and as much as a lack of a pass rush we had, our defense wore down as the game went on, and game up bulk of the rushing yards then, imo. I personally think had we had a top 15 offense instead of bottom 3, our defense would of been top 10 for sure. We didn't seem to address the pass rush, but our run defense should be at least slightly better and I would not be surprised to see it finish in the top 15. The problem is our offense very well may be bottom 5/10 once again. Hopefully injuries held us back on offense more than I believe, and Chan can do some serious work, but our offense looks like it will stink the place up again. There is no way that our defense was as bad as the collective majority think it was last season though.

  10. In the next few years, we will be a top 10 defense. We set a franchise record for INTs with no pass rush this year. In a passing league, you have to get to the QB. I like the draft approach alot.

Of course, we may never score a point on offense! :pirate:

I think so too. Sadly, I still think our offense is bottom five though, hopefully Gailey can work his magic though. QB/OL(esp. depth)/WR's are all questionable at best.

  11. I agree, i like what they've added to the front seven

Troup is the only pick I questioned only because it seemed like they reached a bit after not being able to trade up to get Dan Williams but they took him over a few other NTs so they obviously like him

I like all 3 of the DEs they drafted 2 of which will be moving to OLB

I think this has been a very good draft

Same, I like/am cool will all the picks, but unsure if Troup was worth the early second selection. Then again I know nothing about him, but it seems like they might of reached on a late 2nd/early 3rd prospect on their board because the guy they really wanted was picked before they could trade up and they didn't think he would last till the round 3 pick.
