  1. I dont think franchising Stevie is the worst option if a deal cant be done....if he wants to be paid like top 10 WR and we dont think he deserves it for a full contract, let him play one year under the top money and see if he produces like it...if you extend out his numbers from our first half of the season he finishes with rougly 75 catches, 900 yards and 8 TDs, thats NOT worth a contract of 5 years/50 million...so if thats what he wants, franchise him and see if he improves those numbers and if he doesnt, then he (and the leauge) will see he isnt worth top 10 money

perfect situation for a franchise tag actually

hes actually on pace for 89rec 1000yds 9TD's

    8) Thankfully, Gailey is WAY more aggressive than me lol! That said, I was sick to my stomach when Fitz threw the pick right around the deuce at halftime.

London Fletcher got away with some contact in the endzone on Stevie there...basically stiff armed him to the ground as Stevie came out of his break...

Akerwomen seems to have his head frozen in the time when he considered himself American's hero. The wildcat has a place in today's NFL as its another way of attacking more sophisticated defenses, which don't have an answer for a QB who runs to the open spot in the middle of the line as a first option. If the defense runs a twist or stunt that overloads a section of the offensive line, then there is a big gapping hole for someone like Smith to run through for an easy 5-7 yards. If the just hit and hold all the gaps, then a short pass behind the linebackers is also undefended. Acheingwomen isn't smart enought to see this type of evolution coming. We now have a number of big running QB's in the league and its only a matter of time before we see more of this as designed plays. Screw prettyboy. :censored:

I'd like to see more option plays off tackle that the Jets would run with Brad all the time...our wildcat package has been very vanilla thus far...

but maybe there a reason for it...waiting for the weather to turn to start using/opening it up more

  3.

I've always noted that Jackson is like a Jaguar in that he is very elusive runner and breaks the first and sometimes second tackles. When the Bills had Marshawn he was like a mack truck, trying to plow his way thru the line. The Bills need to start grooming another player to spell Jackson during games. the only RB's this past week were Jackson at 26 carries, Brad Smith 4 carries, Fitzy for 3 carries. Jackson even got more receptions then Spiller at 3 vs 2.... but then Fred made 74 yards out of his 3 touches and Spiller made 9 yards out of his 2 receptions.

There is no doubt that Jackson is a god at RB, and probably would also be a god as a full time WR. But the Bills seriously need to get another RB more involved in the game to save wear and tear on their superstar!

Give Spiller some credit...if Fitz doesnt underthrow that deep ball early in the game, Spiller would of had a easy 50+yd TD...the play resulted in a 30yd PI...

  4. I blame Fitz, Stevie was well covered, throw to someone else or throw it away. But don't throw the pick.

nah SJ was open....that ball needed to be on his back shoulder and about 5 yards upfield with some air under it...

  5. all that stuff is into the middle of the field.. inside the 30 yard line there is no room for slants, TE throws etc. The only room is up the sidelines and in the end zone. That is what the Giants gave them and that is what Chan called. Really brilliant call. Fitz throws it 5 yards farther and we have him going to Hawaii. Give it up. Everything was perfect except the execution.

    really...? cmon now

  6. The thing is, a 24 yard hookup to a wide open receiver in single coverage is usually far less risky than a throw into the middle of the field. It wasn't like it was a truly difficult throw. Eight times out of ten, he makes that throw.

for the same reason your saying we shouldnt have run....

after injury, our line is schuffled around...and were asking out QB to take time in the pocket to let a downfield throw develop...

I'm sorry but thats just a stupid playcall...

  7. I'm sorry, but when your best run blocker moves to LT and a scrub replaces him, then yes, your running game has an inherent problem. They ran eight times for 19 yards (9 times for 22 yards if you include Fitz's sneak) in the second half.

I dont mind them passing at all....but you cant take a risk in that spot....

once you get into scoring position...high pecentage plays is what its all about...

short/quick routes....pass plays like those to spiller...slants to sj...maybe using the TE

  8. I thought it was a good idea also. He can't block in the backfield, and he dances all day before he gets to the line of scrimmage, so why not use his blazing speed outside? Only problem was he danced with the ball on receptions too.

Dude danced his way to a 7+ypc average so far this year....

he hasnt got much of a chance, cuz Freddy has been so amazing....

  9. Can some of you stop it with the run wasnt working....so it wasnt an option....bull ****

Bradshaw had 21 for 49yds...but the Giants sure as hell didnt shy away from using him on that last drive...

bottom line with 4min remaining in Giants territory you have to come away with points, while chewing up the clock....if your going to pass...it has to be a high percentage play(no risk involved).....

  10. - The Complete Collection includes a page from the Black Rock journal. It reads, "Only one returned alive. He seems in a deep shock, muttering about exchanging musket fire with another vessel which promptly disappeared in a flash of heavenly light." Answer on who Juliet fired at with the M-1 during the time flashes when they were in the outrigger.

bull ****....no way is that right...

Hurley on his podcast also says that it was Ben and FLOCKE on the trailing boat

  11. I might be alone in this, but I think this is the worst "mystery" everyone wants solved. I don't care who they are, I never thought it was significant, yet, for as long as I've been watching the show people demand to know the identity of the skeletons in the cave. I just don't care. ...unless it's awesome.

I didnt really care either....until i rewatch the episode that the bodies were discovered....

Jack picks up a bag, and in it, are two stones, one black and one white....

at the time most of us were like WTF is that about......now we know

  12. I agree with that. Jacob gave Richard an a$$ whipping, yet Jacob just stands there and lets Ben stab him. We just haven't seen enough to figure out why, although it appears that Jacob may be more powerful or persuasive now that he's dead. But he is also putting all his faith in the remaining candidates as well.

The thing I don't understand is why Ben, but not Richard. I get the whole good/evil/making choices speech he gives, it's pretty much confirmed with Miles saying that right up until the end, Jacob hoped he was wrong about Ben. I am sure it was Jacob's plan because Jacob clearly wanted Ben and MiB to enter his "house", he said nobody comes in unless he lets them in. But again, it will probably be explained later.

Jacob beat Richard senseless because at that time....

he had none of his candidates on the island....

I think MIB cant be free until jacob and all of his candidates are dead
