Without McGahee last year Drew started 0-4, with McGahee he finished 9-3.
10 full games with McGahee this year would probably have gotten him a 6-4 maybe 7-3. I think a final 9-7 record would be very likely and a tough loss in the first round.

Losman had 6 sacks, 3 fumbles (1 lost), an interception
and 168 yards in 36 pass attempts for a heinous 4.5 yard per attempt average.
This is today's hero?
Thank goodness we got rid of Bledsoe and have a mobile quarterback now.
-
Bledsoe came back with a very strong 80 drive and TD to Glenn. The guy is a real leader.

If we can't hang with the Pats in the first half, there's no reason to think we will come back and win the game with Holcomb behind center. I say, let's see what JP can do.
The organization put their chips behind this kid, let's see what happens. The rebuilding may very well begin tonight, but it's better than deluding themselves and their fans into thinking they are a contender.
I can't disagree with this.

The Pats really are banged up. In a prevent defensive set 2 weeks ago they inserted 2 wide receivers. This team is as close to ripe for a loss as we've seen since the Milloy game.
Offensive and defensive coordinators gone. Dillon banged up (and even bigger, he works without a yardage incentive clause in his contract this year!), Matt Light gone, the o line looking average and Brady looking vulnerable. Hell, even Belichick just got a divorce.
McGahee is going to have a big game. Turn down the sound on the TV because the Brady stuff will make you barf, but hang in for a late game surprise.
I predict a win on Monday Night Football for the Bills.

We need to get the boys together right away, you guys are simply blowing our cover-
Remember rule 22R of our charter:
Section 22 Subection ® When the horse starts kicking back and making you look like a complete dumbass, quickly and quietly refocus on another horse.
Let's steady this ship before you embarass the balance of the Club's membership.
This is pretty funny, actually.

You're looking pretty foolish here Rico. Bledsoe tore it up and has 10 TDs and 3 Ints on the season.
Just admit it. You were wrong.

I love this one. It repeated so often by the Bledsoe hater/Losman lover spin doctors that it has become part of their phony talking points package.
Some facts.
Bledsoe finished 2002 with 4359 yards, 24TDs and 15Ints, a passer rating of 86
and an invite to the Pro Bowl. The team went 8-8 following a 3-13 previous year.
A 5 win improvement coming to a new team and suspect coaching staff.
The defense was dreadful. If you don't believe it try to remember how much was spent on the defense in the off season.
Had the ST been able to stop even one of several kickoff returns for TDs. Or Travis Henry not fumbled away 2 games OR the defense played up to the quality of a division 2 college team, the playoffs were a certainty.
But of course the spin is "Bledsoe crapped the bed".
-
12 games where Bledsoe either "didn't belong in the NFL" or was a "bottom 5 quarterback", yet the team went 9-7.
This year he is the highest rated QB in the NFC and Losman is the lowest in the AFC.
Folks, if you don't see the spin from the Bledsoe haters/Losman lovers then you're living on another planet, just like they are.

Drew had not played so hot. First half Dallas had lots of three and outs. Dallas' D gave the ball to Drew twice inside Washingtons 40 and Dallas could only score 3 points. Same old story. Drew made two great passes so far- one on the out to Meshawn and the other was the fleaflicker for the TD. The rest of the game he has not played too well
This stuff is really funny.

Choking again during a primetime game as per usual. My God- I am up good in a Fantasy Football game. I am going against Washingtons D. If Dallas can score more then 7 points and have over 150 yards I win. It doesnt look good For those that are bitching about JP after 2 starts- check out the monstrosity playing QB for the Cowboys
Hey Pete, there's your 150 yards!
-
It's still the same old Drew. He's still holding on to it too long and getting sacked. Still fumbling(snap). Still getting sacked and fumbles when you LEAST can afford it. Note the Davis sack that just happened. Also got sacked inside his own 10 once. He's a schmuck. How many times did JP get sacked today with that same **** ass Bills oLine that we had last season? How many fumbles? How many Ints? Now lets do the count on the slug on Dallas. 4 sacks, 2 fumbles and still counting. Really should have been sacked another time but got lucky on the blow to the head call. If todays results are any indication, the right move was made by a long shot.
Bitter or stupid?

One thing is clear. If you wear a Patriot's uniform you will NEVER, EVER
be called for holding. Unless the game is out of hand and its time to balance the calls. Brady's protection is absolutely ridiculous.

Bills 14
Texans 13
McGahee runs for 2 TDs
121 yards

.... an enlarged heart. I will find out how severe the stretching of my heart is, but from what i understand, my condition is pretty bad. It has left me, a college track athlete, having breathing issues and consistent chest pains. This probably means that i may never be able to work again too.
What really scares me is that many high school, college, and pro athletes have died over the years on the field or at random times because of this condition. Also, being only 21, i never thought i'd be having heart issues at such a young age.
You'll get a lot of "I had a friend who" stories. Here's mine.
I have a friend who has enlarged heart syndrome and he is doing very well.
After 3 years he was able to return to limited sports activity. The 3 years was mainly to monitor things. Apparently enlarged heart can be tolerated very well in a good percentage of people and there are pharmaceutical solutions out there that can keep the effects pretty minimal.
Good luck to you. The mental attitude in any affliction is key.

Guys, listen up. Losman starts vs Houston and gets full support from the coaches, players, fans, etc.. BUT,,,,and this is a huge BUT. If Losman is scatter-brained in the first half against the Texans ...say 6 for 17, 89 yds 0 td's, 2 int's...he will not see the field in the 2nd half. That's a guarantee. Donahoe, Mularkey...they all know how crucial this first game is to win. They didn't forget Jacksonville last year. That game cost us the playoffs. They will not risk losing to Houston if Losman isn't cutting it.
I don't think he will be pulled in the first 4 games. Kicking Bledsoe to the curb
means you have to play this scenario out for at least 4 games or you look indecisive.
The fans won't get on Losman. He comes in with a saviour, Anybody but Bledsoe,
free pass for awhile. An 0-4 or 1-3 start and the showroom shine might fade pretty fast.

Drew is not my cousin. He's a guy who played 48 straight games for this
team and got up off the ground every time he took a lick and took the next
snap without pointing the finger at anybody.
For this he gets insulted and derided daily by a group of guys who think
it's great sport to type things about a guy they'd never have the guts to
say to his face.
Is it JP or not?

I hear Bledsoe is available. What's our record since he left?
6 and 18 right?
