  1. I gotta say the Rams, only because I used to live about a half hour from where they hold their training camp in IL. Went every year and got almost every players autograph. That inspired me to go to the Bills camp back in 1999 for a week. Had a blast!!!
  2. I think both parties could have handled the situation alot better.
  3. I guess this puts a new spin on when she asked him what "CLUB" she should use.......... Caddie claims LPGA player seduced him to get pregnant MIAMI (AP) — A former caddie for LPGA golfer Jackie Gallagher-Smith is suing her, saying she seduced him to get pregnant. Gary Robinson says Gallagher-Smith, who is married, used him as a "sperm donor" and he is suing for an unspecified sum, claiming fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress. No hearing date has been set for the suit, filed this week in Circuit Court in West Palm Beach. Jackie Gallagher-Smith's lone LPGA victory came at the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic Sunday, July 25, 1999. By Tony Dejak, AP The suit says Gallagher-Smith, 37, gave birth last month, but Florida law says a child born into a marriage is deemed to be a result of the marriage. A DNA test can't be forced and Robinson has no legal claim to the child, said Cathy Lively, Robinson's attorney. "That is why we are seeking damages; he's not going to be able to ask for a DNA test," Lively said. "It is our claim that he was put into a position, and this was an intentional act to father a child. He was led to believe at that point that the child was his. "He was put into the position of being an unwitting sperm donor." Robinson said the result of this ordeal will likely affect him professionally. He is currently out of work as a caddie and is pursuing a career as a professional golfer. "The likelihood that I will ever get another caddying job, especially in the LPGA, is very, very unlikely," he said. Gallagher-Smith's attorney, Edwin Belz of Chicago, said Robinson previously asked Gallagher-Smith for $250,000 to settle the case. "I just feel this lawsuit is an attempt at extortion," Belz told the South Florida Sun-Sentinel. Belz also told the Sun-Sentinel that he recommended waiting the 10 to 12 weeks before any consideration is given to a DNA test so that Gallagher-Smith could deal with postpartum depression and she and her husband could continue marriage counseling "to get the family unit solidified." "They are distraught," Belz said. He would not say whether Gallagher-Smith admits to a sexual relationship with Robinson, though the lawyer did say that Edward Smith thinks the baby is his child. Robinson, 26, began caddying for Gallagher-Smith in February 2004, and soon thereafter began receiving advances from her, he said. Robinson said he was in an emotional state after recently ending a long-term relationship with a girlfriend, and he passed off some early advances as "innocent playful activity." The relationship became sexual about two months later and the two would sometimes engage in unprotected sex, he said. When rumors of the relationship began spreading around the tour, Gallagher-Smith told Robinson that he must deny they had anything but a work relationship, the suit states. Robinson goes on to say that Gallagher-Smith told him she and her husband had been unsuccessful in conceiving a child. In July, she told Robinson she was pregnant and led him to believe he might be the father, the suit says. Under pressure from Robinson, Gallagher-Smith eventually told her husband and said he forgave them, and Robinson continued to caddie for Gallagher-Smith through the end of the tour season in October, Robinson said. "I hope to get retribution for the emotional pain and suffering and eventually get some rights to the child," Robinson said. "The laws in Florida are very tough with the situation I'm in but this suit is about financial retribution." An 11-year tour veteran, Gallagher-Smith has one career victory and career earnings of about $1.1 million. She has not played in a tour event this year. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  5. I just passed along this note to Mr. Burwell............ Bryan, While I couldn't agree more with you concerning the 49ers 1st pick, I would also pass on the two QB's and draft someone else. Losman hasn't even played enough to be considered a bust. Wait until the end of the season next year to see if can be a good NFL QB. Then you can lump him in with Leaf and the others. Also pass along to Martz that we Bills fans are glad he got rid of Bobby April.
  6. Just curious, what company do you work for?? I'm a Warehouse Supervisor for Deluxe Media (DVD and VHS), also 12hr night shift.
  7. I started a topic on this very subject a couple of months ago and no one even replied to it. I moved to Arkansas last July and got to watch him play several times. They had no one around him, so defenses could key on him. I would hate to pass him up in the second round if we had the chance to draft him.
  8. Bluffs,IL....34....Cabot,AR
  9. I just recently moved to Arkansas and had a chance to see this guy in action. I think he would be a great fit for the Bills. He is a football player know matter what position he winds up playing. He's got great speed, can catch the ball, and could be a back up QB. I would like to see him as a TE. I think he could really help the offense. What do you guys think?? He will probably be gone by the time we draft in the second round, but if he's there I say draft him.
  10. I think you need a seperate subscription for that. They are just the music channels nothing sports or talk related. Go check out www.dishnetwork.com for more info.
  11. I've been a Dish customer for 8 years and love it. But that said I do wish they had Sunday Ticket. The only reason I got Dish was back then it was around three hundred bucks for the equipment and they were running a special to get everything for free. The package I have is 120 channels, 20 radio music channel and 50 Sirius music channels for $34.99 month. On all of the dish packages if you pay by the year you get a month free. Their most expensive package with everything they offer is $77.99 month. That comes with 31 movie channels. I don't think theres a cable company in the country that could come close to that price for 220+ channels and HBO,Showtime,Cinemax and Starz. If I couldn't have either Direct TV or Dish I would just sell my TV. I wouldn't pay a penny to the lousy cable companies. They just suck. Just my two cents...
