If the Red Sox go down in flames in the playoffs again (especially if it's against the Yankees), I say we chant this at all the @$$inine Pats fans who show up at the Ralph next year.

HAHAHAH Great Idea. I am not usually for ridiculing other teams fans, but Pats fans are nearing Eagles fans proportions with respect to thier idiocy..

  2. Not sure, but I WOULD definitely vote to say the Pledge everyday like I did when I was young.

I may be in the minority, but I think that if you don't pledge, you don't stay in the US. Yes, I know part of what makes America great is the right to do basically what you want, but damn it, I get pissed when I see people disrespect our flag and bad-mouth the US....

  3. That's what happens when you keep your left hand down by your side all fight. Jones was worked all fight by Johnson, even my girlfriend was saying that you can't win if you don't punch.

While I don't want to see anyone get hurt, I have to admit I cheered when Johnson floored the guy. His act gets a bit tiresome to me. He called Tarver's punch lucky, wonder what he'll say about Johnson's....

  4. Speaking of "live" studio recording, Warren Haynes & Gov't Mule have always made it a point to record that way.

btw, KOK, I have this Gov't Mule CD called "The Deep End - Vol 1". It was done as a tribute album for the late Allen Woody, their bass player. It came out in 2001. A lot of guest bassist and guitarists. Jerry Cantrell appears on it......only he doesn't play the guitar. He sings back up vocal on a tune called "Effigy". Best song on the CD. Starts off as a sluggish southern-rock/blues that erupts into a heavy footstomper in the Molly Hatchet mode. WOW. awesome tune and CD.

    the Mule rocks.

Good call on that one ByTor. I'm cranking up Gov't Mule, Live at the Roseland Ballroom right now! I was fortunate enough to see the Mule open for Jethro Tull before Allen Woody died.

If I could pick one guitarist to emulate, it would be Warren Haynes. He's just so versatile, he always seems to know what to play. I heard he rocked it playing with The Dead this summer...
