  1. For all the people eye rolling or barf emoji'ing my post on this, I don't know what delusions they are under. The three teams currently ahead of us in the playoff race won today, well, Texans game is not over, but oof if they win, and another loss by us is not a lot of reason for us to think we can sneak in. I swear people treating me like I am nuts for even suggesting it. UKBill, I do agree with you, if we have to lose a game, this would be the more ideal one as they are an NFC team, but we are in a huge hole and it will get bigger, especially with not getting any help today.
  2. It's like all the signs are there. Losing to the Eagles will just put us out of our misery a little bit quicker.
  3. You know it's really not our year when we can't even get help from other teams when we need it. Just sucks!
  4. Didn't want our team to be the "get right" game for Philly, but it's looking like that may be the case.
  5. He needs to be traded to Chicago for some 1st round picks.
  6. You really believe this? You didn't side eye The Bills 2021 defense that performed well against bottom of the barrel teams, but could not contain decent to great offenses(Titans, Colts, Pats run game, Bucs, Chiefs in the divsional?) It's not like Josh and our offense didn't keep putting the team in a position to go to it's 2nd AFCCG in a row, only to be undone by the defense. If our defense was so great, 13 seconds would never have happened. 2020 our defense was terrible. 2021 and 2022 they were improved, but again, injuries and beating up on bad teams and allowing a lot of yards against good ones.
  7. Sundays/Football day used to be so exciting for me. Now it feels like trauma every week. By the time I start to recover, maybe even a little hope/optimism, the next weekend of Football comes back around, and here comes the trauma again. I don't know where our season is going. I don't feel great about things right now, but can we at least get this one and have one nice week before it goes to hell again?
  8. As someone who tries not to get into this stuff about his personal life, I really don't think this is the case. I have heard they have broken up numerous times, and that he wanted her out and she didn't want to go.If he really wanted her back, I have a feeling he could have her back. He seems pretty happy with Hailee Steinfeld, and their relationship is a lot more lowkey. My old employer and former co-worker did a dinner for them a couple weeks ago. Maybe the drama of the whole situation with Brittany bothers him, but who knows. I don't think he is missing her and is quite happy with Steinfeld, even though it's a big change in his life.
  9. Twitter is something else. Maybe we are a little more cynical here? Maybe I am projecting my own ways, because I am definitely cynical. The comments on Twitter are too much though. "Trevon shaking his fists at the sky!!" "See, I told you he was good!!" "Leave him alone, you guys are trying to run him out of town!!!". I just cannot. I would not want people to be as cynical as I am, but at least be a little more objective about all of this.
  10. What really sucks is trying to remove your own human emotions from this. How do you even handle this if you are Josh? Obviously Diggs is his #1 weapon, and he has to get him the ball for the offense to have success, but you also know deep down how he feels about you and how he treats you is not going unnoticed by the media/outsiders. On some level it's pretty humiliating too, but the show still has to go on. The dynamic on offense won't go well if they aren't getting along. That in itself can ruin the flow of everything. JA is probably stuck being "the better person" so the season and offense won't implode even more. It's a freaking mess. Don't know how people can defend this or even act like it's nothing.
  11. I feel like I am in bizarro land. Only Bills fans are seeing this through rose colored glasses. Meanwhile, outsiders are seeing it for what it is. Stefon is not happy, he talks crap behind JA's back to his brother. These guys see it These guys see it too! Seriously, what are we doing here people? Everyone outside of Bills fans can SEE this for what it is, and acknowledge that if Stefon wasn't cool with his brother saying this stuff, it wouldn't be happening. This has nothing to do with Stefon being a baller, or talented, or passionate. We know he is those things, but he is allowing his brother to do his dirty work for him, and his silence is speaking volumes. Why not just accept it for what it is?
  12. I honestly don't get why this is so hard for people to understand. If Stef was "bothered" by it, those tweets would be gone. When Maddy Glab had that off mic comment about Stefon circling on social media, Stef had no problem taking to social media to defend himself. Maybe others weren't paying attention, but I saw the "likes" of shade being thrown at Josh on his Twitter. He went back and unliked them, but it was a thing that happened. Josh flat out admitted that he and Stef had a quarrel in the off season, but that they were over it. Obviously, we are back to square one. What it boils down to is if Stefons brother can comfortably tweet unflattering stuff about JA, there is a reason he is so "comfortable" in doing so. There is a saying, when people show you who they are, believe them. I used to defend Diggs all the time, but can't anymore. He's still a great player, and sometimes even person, but he is extremely volatile and hot headed. Can turn on you in a dime. It is what it is with him. Obviously, he is still our best weapon, by a longshot.
  13. They are absolutely right. You gotta realize, a lot of Josh haters in this forum, so this won't go with their narrative, and when it comes to Diggs, people prefer to keep the rose colored glasses on. Diggs was "liking" shady social media posts about Josh in the off season. This did not just happen overnight. I am tired of watching Josh constantly defend him, literally, sit there in front of the press and ask people to stop talking bad about Stefon, when Stef refuses to do the same for him. The fact that those tweets from his little brother are still up speaks volumes. There is already a huge, national pile on regarding Allen right now. Having someone you call your brother/friend making it even worse is pretty bad.
  14. Bad examples. We got really luky the refs didn't call a second flag in The Giants game. We could have easily lost the Bucs game on a hail mary. We got lucky that none of the Bucs players were looking for the damn ball, and it hit the ground.
  15. Well said. I knew once we scored and got the lead, what would happen. I know in an ideal world we get a TD while killing the clock, but when you need a TD for the lead, you don't really have the option to run the clock out. You need the points. I knew what was going to happen though, just like the Patriots game, less than 2 minutes left, the other team just marches down the field. It's infuriating!
  16. I hate saying stuff like this, but I am getting a weird feeling/vibe from the refs and NFL this year. It has been shady for us. Some of the calls and non calls are mind boggling. Makes me feel like they are tired of The Bills and want to ensure "new blood" is in the playoff picture this year. Obviously we are in such a hole now that they will surely get what they want.
  17. I just want to say, I think Sean has lost the locker room. Josh's mom "liked" a post about how unhappy he seems, which I took as shade towards the coaches. I am sure his mom knows what is up, and my personal belief is that the players are not happy with Sean anymore.
  18. Yeah same. I knew exactly what was going to happen. I always hope I am wrong and that "this time will be different", but nope, it's the same thing every time. It happens the same way too, the other team marches down the field with ease, shenanigans and flags start to come in and help the other team. We can only score with 10 seconds left to have any hope. We definitely are cursed. I think we would have won the SB if we beat KC in the divisional. If we held on for 13 seconds, that was our year. Nothing convinces me otherwise.
  19. I don't know about anyone else, but after this ugly game and watching that field goal sail, I jumped off my bed in shock and was like "omg!! we actually won this!!", just in complete shock and elation. Then I saw there was a flag and my heart sank. That span of emotions in such a short time span was nauseating and heartbreaking. I swear it's something only Bills fans go through. Who else loses like we do??
  20. Yeah, his brother is obnoxious and an instigator.
  21. You know what guys, the offense sucked various times tonight, and came through at various times. Ditto for the defense. Special teams and coaching sucked pretty much all night. What I cannot get over, what will haunt me tonight and the rest of the season, possibly forever, was watching the Broncos kick a FG, seeing it MISS, jumping up in shock and about to celebrate, only to see a flag come in. That is honestly trauma right there. I can't even think about the rest because we just witnessed a win get turned back into a loss. Last years game against Minnesota was like this too, but this felt worse.
  22. Yeah, but that's OUR thing, it's not supposed to be other teams thing too!!
  23. God, they are gonna kill the clock and get a TD. Come on Raiders, you gotta make Wilson look like freaking Brady?
