Only person in house would be the LB coach Steele. Since he came on board, they have improved recruiting immensly after the drop-off they experienced when Chuck Amato and Mark Richt left. I used to think Richt was a terrible OC, but after seeing JB in action, I was wrong. I would take Richt back in heartbeat for HC.

I agree the development of the OL has been underwhelming. The question is what to do about it? For the remainder of the season, it seems obvious to me to keep playing what we have to see if any continuity can be be built or if for no other reason to get some of the young guys some meaningful reps. After the season is where the real challenges come into play. Do you replace McNally, hoping someone new can come in and energize this bunch? Is there anyone in FA who can come in and contribute right away? And if so will that person be worth the cost it would take at the expense of other positions?
