    I am. But I'm sick of seeing the Pats win, not because they always win, but because they are in our division. If this was another team, I'd respect them. I hate division rivals for the mere fact that they're division rivals. I'm not saying that Tommy and his crew aren't one of the greatest teams ever, I just didn't want to see them win again.

    Like I said, it all depends on your goal/needs. If you're in football, most likely the weights is the best thing for you, but a lot of boxers and other types of athletes stick to body weight as well. Applied properly, both are effective.
