    I get what you are saying,but it doesn't matter if it's by 1 point or 20, a loss is a loss and we can't get by KC or Cincinnati in the playoffs. McDermott hasn't shown he csn coach against the big boys come playoff time. He needs to do it this year or make a change amd see if somone else can get us to the super bowl

    I'll catch it for saying this, but it's true. The coaching change is what helped Elway finally win a superbowl.

    Spot on. This staff, lack of being able to find a front 4 that can consistently rush the passer, and coaching have let Allen down.

    McDermott’s defense needs pressure and sacks from the front 4. Tons of resources put into the DL and it still sucks.

    I would rather have the Lions OC as the HC if McDermott was gone.

    I said earlier this year, 2 major surgeries, hasn't played a meaningful game in about 18 months, 30 years old... I wouldn't have started him the last 2 games. And depending on how the rest of the year goes, I would cut bait with him in the offseason.

    Agreed. Other orgs have moved on from good regular season HC's. We need to before Allen is gone.

    Good teams know what we do, who the personnel is, and where our weaknesses are. And McDermott is going to not make changes.
