But...Over the last 2 games the defenses have been blitzing and taking away the middle of the field. Will Brady adjust? Can he scheme plays to beat the blitz and scheme our WR's (esp Kincaid) open? If so, 5 more wins before we play KC are right there for the taking and 8-2 going into KC looks awfully good.

That is it in a nut shell. I feel if McDermott brought in a damn good OC and Allen went and won an MVP etc. McDermott knows the fans will be calling for his head. He would lose all control which is what he covets. I mean what the hell are you going to be able to say to an OC that got Allen to true MVP status and maybe a superbowl win? Nothing.

He is a damn good man and Human being and a solid coach. We will never win a superbowl with him. Marty Schottenheimer and Marvin Lewis were solid coaches and great men as well, but sucked in the playoffs and never sniffed a Super bowl

Im going to be the douche and just say it... Josh needs to go to Terry and tell him its McDermott or him. I get the conflict with Bills fans, but you don't drive a Ferrari 55mph. If he wants a game manager, then trade Josh and draft one. Josh is never going to be just a game manager, you dont ask that of Marino, Elway etc! So trade him and get your damn game manager or cut the bull ***** and give him the offense he needs

Let them have him. We have Marty Schottenheimer and Marvin Lewis all combined into one. There comes a point and time when you have to realize this coach isn't going to take you any further. Is "just making the playoffs" enough for everyone? Not for me. I want a coach that can improve this team, we have stagnated, we are spinning our wheels in purgatory.

Dear God I can't believe how badly the stat line is for Allen. He dropped from being 2nd in completion % 2weeks ago at 75%, to 60% after today.

How many times has Allen left the field with a lead, only to have the defense aka McDermott blow it?

Two weeks in a row where the other team almost knew exactly what we were doing. He is predictable, and all the defense has to do is blitz and take away the middle of the field. Where is the 12 base formation we were going to use? We were going to go big at WR, get both TE's involved. Also we can't zone block and do what we are doing, we need power blocking on the OL and a more powerful back trucking people if this is how we are going to play. Its like they are trying to mix philosophies.

Why would he care, Terry is going to keep him regardless of what he does.

CBS post 4pm games said they heard the league was going to look into it. Allen was out for at least a few seconds, he can say chest all he wants. By rule they should have taken his helmet and let the independent Neurologist look at him, but they didn't. They are right, someone didn't follow protocol.

I just saw on the CBS post game show that I think the league is going to look into why he didn't go to the tent tomorrow. They said something like that. Its surely not the last we have heard of this esp with the Tua situation.

Its really Ugly my friend. Blitz hard and take away the middle and we are cooked. If we were going to do this I would have went pure 12 formation and brought in a power back. I like cook, but I mean a guy 230+ who can pound the ball and hard between the tackles. You do that its hard to blitz as much as teams do.

And I don't see Allen making it through the season at this point.

Josh has dropped from 75% to 60% on Completion rating. Today was a flat abomination and there is now way in hell his completion % should be as bad as it was today.

This is 2 of the worst coached games in his career, no doubt. This was very winnable.
