1. He has completely destroyed three afc teams, Denver, Indianapolis, and Las Vegas (all three teams were coming off some success against the dark lord’s patriots). *He technically left the colts at the altar at the last minute leaving them in a bind.
2. His only success came when he was running spygate 2 with Denver. After he was caught and released, he went back with the empire/Bill B.3. Rumor has it that he will go back to New England/Sauron once he is released from Las Vegas.
4. Bottom line is that coaches from emperor palpatine’s coaching tree can’t coach worth a 💩 when they aren’t with the cheatriots.
5. All makes me wonder if Josh Daniels and other former pats assistants, who get head coaching jobs, are simply saboteurs.6. Thanks for listening to my tin foil rant and 🤔 away. #patsarestillvideotaping
Simple: they can't win if they don't cheat.

Nah. Bring back the wing-T or the wishbone in short yardage. 😉

Of course the curse continues. We curse after ever bad play.

Nobody remembers this, but Don Shula was considered a coach who would never win a Super Bowl until the Dolphins went 17-0.

This team is missing its talent in the secondary. Not having Poyer/Hyde/White for all of or most of the year is hurting our ability to handle top receivers and TEs.
Benford is losing guys in zone, and although he is physical he cant stay in man
Jackson doesnt turn his head to the QB, and is holding all over the place
Lewis/Johnson cant take angles to save their lives
They caused the first TD, the 4th and 18, and a PI on 3rd and 22 that was a complete lack of awareness.
If the Bills can get healthy come playoff time, with White/Poyer/Elam, we have a chance to make a run. But not with the players on the field right now
Thank you for starting this thread. A nice, sane analysis.

I think that the root of a lot of the problems with play calling and execution starts at the offencive line. They have problems in both run and pass blocking. The inconsistent-at-best run blocking causes Dorsey to seemingly abandon the run. And when Allen has time, he often looks like he's surprised by the fact and hurries anyway. To my eyes, he has been hurrying throws more frequently each week -- often unnecessarily -- because he does not trust the line.
IMHO, when you are up 2 scores in the 4th quarter, you need to be like the early 1990's Bills: take all your time, line up while showing which running play you will execute, execute that play, and inexorably march down the field for another score while chewing up clock and demoralising the opposition.
This team can't do that because of a bad offencive line -- which is why 3 score leads are not safe.

I think that the unwillingness or inability to grind out the clock is a strong indication that the coaches don't trust the offencive line.
-
I hate to say it, but the Bills' reliance on Allen reminds me way too much of the Dolphins with Marino.
IMHO, the Bills should retool this offseason to really shore up the offecive line and rework the offence to run more often without Allen.

The return of the interception in the end zone was enormous. It may be the play of the game.

Isn't it illegal for the RB to push the QB forward?

I understand play calling. I don't like the line play.

IMHO, that is an indication that he does not trust run blocking on the line.

I’m more concerned about the overall slump this team is in that past 2 games instead of any particular player. No one is playing really well except Diggs. There’s not one easy fix, every unit including special teams needs to snap out of it. #1 is the turnovers which have recently been 100% Josh. We are the worst in the league, you can’t go far at all playing that sloppy. Dorsey has me concerned, the league has caught up to what he wants to do, how’s he going to adjust? This goes hand in hand with Josh playing long ball all game, not seeing the field well and not taking the short stuff. I have confidence JA will turn it around when he comes back. I’m not so confident Dorsey will be able to adjust and get us a respectable running game. The injuries absolutely have had a major impact, but we’ve had 2 winnable games that we didn’t pull out. I’d feel better if we played well and just lost a tough one but I really feel we are playing like crap on both sides of the ball. I do have confidence McD can get these guys focused and go on a run, just have to hope Keenum can hold the fort for a couple weeks.
Thank you for what I think is the proper perspective.

Unlike others, I an willing to sacrifice prizes at the skill positions to upgrade the offencive line. That will improve the running game, protect Allen, and allow the lesser receivers which we would have more time to get open.

She had a real odds-beater. She said at the time that I was the only BF she ever had who was a sports fan. I always suspected that some if not most of her other exes lied about their sports interest. For that matter, I think I still am the most religious of her exes.

I have an ex-GF whom I bought a jersey for when we were dating. One day in 1992, she called me at 3am from San Jose. I have never forgotten this conversation...
Her: What is it with you people from Buffalo?
Me: What the hell are you talking about?
Her: I went to a bar to see a band with my boyfriend and I wore that jersey you bought me. HE has to pay the $10 cover. I got in for free and got my first drink on the house. All the TVs had a Buffalo Sabres game on. People around the bar were cheering. Even those who came to see the band.
Me: Oh, that's a Buffalo Bar. It's where expatriates go on game day. If you go by it in the fall, on Sunday mornings, I bet you will see a party at the bar during the Bills game.
Her: I can't believe you're saying that many people from Buffalo are as into sports like you are.
Me: Most, I should think. We're a loyal bunch.
Her: You meant fanatical right?
Me: That too.

There is virtually no snow where I am (West Amherst). There is even less where some of my friends are in Niagara Falls. It makes me wonder if the idea of putting the new stadium there has more merit than I thought.
