A 28 yo, veteran, 4.32 speed WR coming off a thumb injury (big whoop).  Beane has to offer at least $6M.   Fuller was stuck in Miami last year, no need to come back fast from that.

This guy is better for '22 than J Williams would be.  And those top 10 rookies get close to $5M I think.

IF IF IF he can actually get on the field and play....which I suppose with our training staff and facilities is possible.  I've never cared for the guy but maybe he can be "his best self" here.  Offer him the same deal Crowder got. Take it or leave it.

They signed Saffold and retained Bates. They added a legit TE#2. Brown was ok at times at RT.

I'm with you on the draft though.  Taking am undersized LB in the third round is criminal. That should have been an OL.

Maybe. But that undersized LB had 20 tackles and 2 sacks in his team’s bowl game

  3. QB Nick Foles is a Free Agent.

“Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Poles has agreed to release quarterback Nick Foles to allow him to pursue opportunities with other teams as a free agent, according to his agent, Justin Schulman of @AthletesFirst”

    Allen

    Foles

    Keenum

    PS Barkley

is it worth the $ and roster spot?

Obviously….can win the playoffs if needed

How many plays have they actually played? If Poyer sits, which his agent may advise, we are screwed. We need bodies there for competition.

how many years has Jaquan Johnson been in the system? 3?  The staff is very high on Hamlin and Josh Thomas as well.  No late round pick Safety is passing them on the depth chart.

Personally I see not drafting one as a good indicator that Poyer will be extended 2-3 years. We can certainly make it work and he’s earned it

No, you're probably right. He'd be THRILLED being the 3rd WR (as you have him) or 4th option for Josh. Making WAY less than he has been and likely thinks he's worth. No I can't see any issues there.

Depends: Does he want 100 targets and more $  or 60-70 targets with a great shot at a ring

So you actually believe the Bills are going to sign Julio or Landry?

    OK, I guess

We were very interested in Landry when he became available. Didn’t sign due to his $ demand. That could change if he accepts less.  I’m not a big fan of his, but it would be interesting

I think you posted a similar suggestion in the Elam thread, with regard to the CB position. Can't tell if it's just to spur conversation or what. In any event, I'm not expecting a big name addition.

Well Joe Haden is about the only successful Florida Gator CB.  We like to bring in a Vet CB. He’s friends with Von who openly said he’s been recruiting Haden. Elam went to Florida. Seems like a match…. IF Haden is okay not being a full time starter

    Spitballing:

    100 x 13 for Diggs = 1300/ 10

    65 x 12.5 for Davis = 812/ 6

    65 x 10 for Crowder = 650/ 4

    55 x 10 for Knox = 500/ 8

That is 3312 without RBs or other WR/TE

Add 1000 around the other RBs/ WR/ TE

Would anyone be surprised to see

    25 x 11 for McKenze = 275/ 2

    50 x 8 for RBs = 400/ 4

    20 x 9 for Howard = 180/ 2

that is 855, with 145/ 4 for others

4320 passing yards/ 40 TD seems about right as an estimate.

    Diggs - 1400 yards  10

    Davis - 1100 yards  8

    Crowder/UFA Vet - 700  4

    Knox/Howard/Wyndermyer - 700  12

    Shakir - 500  4

    Cook - 500  5

    Mckenzie - 450  3

    Devin/Other - 250  2

    5,000 +  48 TDs Passing

    600  + 8 TDs Rushing

    MVP Allen

He’s not a guy you want in coverage historically, but if it was a focus he has the smarts to do it.

What I mean is: I assume Edmunds and Milano are still on the field most plays. Von will be too.  So is Von lining up vs the OT or is he lining up behind a DE and rushing. I suppose we can mix in lots of looks
