    The ball wasn’t thrown to a Bills receiver. So either Allen was wildly inaccurate or he had a mental lapse and threw it to a defender purposely by mistake.

    He saw him because he threw it right to him. The ball wasn’t even close to a Bills receiver. So yeah, a complete mental breakdown on the play.
