Not when you have QB’s like Allen and Mahomes. Those two wouldn’t be denied last night. It was the same with Mahomes and Brady a couple seasons ago.
Footballs a team game, and the Bills offense and Kansas defense never saw the field in OT, but those sides of the ball are part of the reason for OT. There should be rule changes to allow this to happen, especially when the NFL is moving more to high flying offenses. We will see this more and more.

The Chiefs attempted to get the rule changed after that , it was shut down quick

As long as 17 is taking the field we will be the favorite in the division for the next 10-12 years. He was an absolute monster in the playoffs this year. Probably the best QB play through the first 2 rounds of the playoffs ever.

     48/62  77.4 Comp% for 637 yards 9 TDs 0 INTs QB Rating 148.99 and another 134 yards rushing on 17 carries(7.88 YPC).

If only we had something that resembled a defense yesterday......

Allen was phenomenal in the playoffs, 2tds away from the single postseason record (flacco?) He played his heart out, but he is nasty, gritty QB. Bills will be fine next year, I think they get over the hump next season. I'll be taking bills to win afc as soon as avalible

He is a Pats fan. And an obnoxious one. He will get himself banned or suspended from posting today if I had to guess.
I will say this. If I was a Pats fan I’d be even more concerned. The Pats aren’t even in the same league as the Chiefs and Bills and never will be with Jones.

Like I said the rule is fine, had bills won the toss and went down and scored it wouldn't even be brought up. The Chiefs fought for the OT rule to be changed after the 18 season and it was shut down.

The kickoff decision was criminal...I get that.

But it is Mickey Mouse and amateurish to let the game end with only 1 team touching the ball on offense, especially in a game like this.

I wouldn't be surprised if the rule is changed this off season because of this game.

    No it won't be changed.

We beat a total of ZERO good teams who were playing well when we played them.  NE limped into playoffs losing 4 of 5, KC was a mess when we played them.  So whose fault is it.  We have Allen and a bunch of average players.  So I blame Bean.  The D is a joke, #1 ranking because our division is weak.  Frazier is a vanilla D master, and if Daboll finally started calling good plays earlier in the year we could have had the 1 seed.

We are the Marvin Lewis Bengals.  Embrace it, because it won't change as long as Bean is around.

You lost the game based on tails, and you should have squished the kick w 13 sec left

Does anyone feel like the bills are gonna blow out the chiefs? Lol I do and it honestly kind of scares me how I’m not being more negative.  We were an average offensive line away from being borderline unstoppable and those guys seem to have clicked.  We had tre last matchup but no Milano and have flip flopped so not a total loss there.  They were missing chris jones last time but our offensive line has definitely improved so I think that’s kind of a wash.  I’m expecting them to cut it to like 10 with a late garbage time score.

    other games I like:

    TEN over CIN

    GB   over SF

    TB   over LAR

I don't see the blowout, even in the first game when KC was not as good as they have been they essentially left 2 tds and a fg off the board by poor execution and decision making

Not even close. To much air under it. Jones’ noodle arm was on full display tonight. You have no shot with that guy. Enjoy!

He had a handful of throws that any starting QB should make, but he had more throws that someone with a weak arm makes.

Jones will get better, he had a better rookie year and played better as a whole then Allen did in his first year, Allen was average in years one and 2 and had alot of you crying that he was the wrong pick.

Also the bills window isn't going to be open long this year and next and then it's gonna close, the roster is gonna change drastically in the next couple years.

Hopefully the bills don't lose early and miss the 2nd of 3 or 4 chances the will have.

He actually got some pressure early and appeared to be bullying the center but after awhile you could tell the knee was slowing him down.. I mean Allen shedded him like he was nothing and he is a BIG dude..

Baremore, Uche, Dugger (another person playing hurt)  are a good young core.. I don’t know if Jackson stays or goes but IMO he isn’t worth top corner money right now but hey if they resign him I’ll cheer for him.  I’m more worried about Judon who vanished for so long.. I hope it comes out he was fighting a nagging injury of some kind to explain it.

Judon has been hurt for a while now,
