The only argument the pro-McDermott crowd makes is the next HC could be worse. Makes no sense to me. Nine years (NINE YEARS) and he hasn't gotten it done. It's time for a change and that includes Beane as well. The Bills will never win a Super Bowl with this FO, and they will end up making sure Allen is this generation's version of Marino/Rivers. It's long past time Terry makes a change with the FO.

    But injuries!

  2. If we hadn't drafted Josh Sean would be gone.  He'd be remembered semi fondly for breaking the curse but he would have been fired years ago.

This team has no identity,  no grit, and strategically are dumb.   Unless we somehow have back to back perfect drafts we will not win a sb with him as hc.   He's gotta go.  I'm yet to see one good argument why he should stay.

I legitimately think Babich will be fired this week and McD will take over the defense.

It’s aggressive but I think they were giving him to the bye. It feels like every week, the defense comes out sloppy and unfocused and misaligned for the 1st half.

It has become unacceptable, even to McD imo.

Lol, you just described the Babich defense yes but you also described the McDermott defense.   They are the same.  They suck.

Do you guys honestly think Beane is deciding, of his own accord, to use the first five draft picks on defense? To use multiple free agency signings on defensive linemen with steroid suspensions looming?

Every thing on this team is downstream of McDermott.

He's not the only problem but he's #1.

Man. Why do we allow ourselves to get bullied??  As soon as we play a team that is physical, we fold.

I get we are without a bunch of players, but where is our depth??

Could Poyer do worse than Bishop??

When did you ever think our team was tough?  Seriously asking.  We try and play smart on defense.   We are soft on as hell on that side of the ball.

  5. I think the one big potential benefit to mid season trades is finding a team trying to trade a good player they know they aren't keeping long term.  Those scenarios can result in picking up a good player for anywhere between a 4- 7 rd pick.  I'd try every year to snag talent this way.
