I think it is when you pick one team each week (has to be a team you didn't previously pick) to win. If they win, you play next week. If they lose, your done. If that's what it is, I'm in one, and I picked Buffalo this week. I know it's a gamble.

I'm sorry, but that is the funniest thing I ever read. A tennis ball? Tell your "friend" to get it out.

Jaguars | Spicer Slated to Start at RDE - from www.KFFL.com
Wed, 8 Sep 2004 18:43:21 -0700
Jacksonville Jaguars DE Paul Spicer (leg) isn't on the injury report despite suffering a bruised leg that forced him to miss the team's last preseason game. He's slated to start at right defensive end.
One blitz or Schobel sack could end the day for Leftwich. We could be duck hunting this Sunday.

Everybody (except some people at TBD) seems to think the Bills will do very well this year. Maybe were all just a little cautious after the expectations last year.
Are you ready for SURVIVOR next week?
-
Hey, how's that KFFL thingy going?
My guess: REDEMPTION: Josh Reed on a 60 yard flee flicker. (Same one he dropped last year.)
-
Jerry Sullivan=Michael Moore
-
Just because a guy doesn't start doesn't mean he will not be a valuable asset to the offense. I think Mularkey sees Josh Reed as a possible Hines Ward type of player. Evans will be used and used often, even if he doesn't start. You'll see.

Rayzer, were you in that movie called "GOONIES"? Just curious.
-
Thanks. Now my brain hurts.
-
So, if he did sign an extension, who are the other remaining free agents? Jennings and Pat Williams? What about Clements (2005?)
-
-
I think Salisbury said Dick Vermeil. What surprised me was Mark Schlereth said "Mike Mularkey, head coach of the Buffalo Bills. He's a real guy's guy." Pretty cool. Seems a lot of people outside of Buffalo like Mularkey and this Bills team.
-
Not sure if Allen Wilson also writes for Bills Digest, but there was a good article about the same thing in the Kickoff Special.
-
Supposedly (I think I heard it from John Clayton), he is doing extremely well at New Orleans and some think he will be a favorite to win Defensive Rookie of the year. I was skeptical about him on draft day and can't say I would have taken him over Evans or Losman, but it sure would be nice to have a dominant DE again. Not that Ritzmann will be dominant, but after reviewing the games, you can see why he made the team. He seemed to always get pressure and was always around the ball. But anyway, look out for Will Smith this year.

Just bumped it up for myself so I don't forget.
-
Remind us again tomorrow. Getting old and forgetful.
-
I'd take Matthews, but I've seen alot of St. Pierre, and he is a solid QB. Probably better or at least equal to Travis Brown, but he has been with Mularkey for 3 years.
-
Did anyone sign him yet? If he were so good, someone would have at least signed him to their practice squad by now.
-
Not sure what you are talking about. Joe Burns is a solid FB and can also run the ball. He has excellent receiving skills plus he is a solid special teamer. Lawton just doesn't have the versatility that Burns has. Do you remember when they kept him his first year? There were teams (colts being 1) just watching the waiver wire for him. The guy is good and deserves to be on the 53.

I agree. Just don't waffle or I'll bring back my old avatard.
