And to Iceberg: no, you are absolutely not allowed on the bandwagon once your team sucks for the next couple decades. go become the jets youre meant to be and quit trolling these boards.

Yep, ***** GB. They mismanaged two all-time great QBs at back-to-back reigns. They deserve to suck for the next half century now so they learn their lesson. ***** that team. I hope they become the new ‘cold weather’ joke of the NFL.

    Nuthin wrong with that!  😁👍🍺

Well if we are going down THAT road then I will admit I get some pleasure from this regarding Green Bay and it's fans after 2 HOF QBs in a row.

I especially find joy in the other teams in the AFCE having issues along these lines, I so wish the jets had kept Gase, and that they worked out a deal with the fins to coach both teams…, I know, I’m just being greedy now… 😂 just imagine Mr velocity (Tua) with Gase as his HC, 😂😆, I’m just out of control now…,

I'm not sure about the pre-draft stuff because I don't follow college ball so I had no idea who would be good and who wouldn't. I do think that Bills fans caught on to Allen's potential pretty soon into his rookie year.

Most of the 'experts' and fans of other teams say he was garbage his first two years and that even Bills fans wanted him gone, which is one of those lies that's just become an accepted truth now. I think most Bills fans fell in love with Allen when his ass went over Barr's head during the Vikings game. And you could see from the eye test that he had the It Factor.

I do remember being worried about him during his rookie season before his injury, because he didn't seem to be improving at all, and in a lot of ways had regressed. Then he came back against the Jags and looked so much better. That elbow injury turned out to be a blessing in disguise. But it does make me laugh when I hear the whole 'Allen sucked his first two years' because it shows most fans of other teams only watch the highlights and box scores, then just base their opinions on what the deadbeats at ESPN think.

When it comes to people actually paying attention, it is a very small percentage, if you don’t believe me, look at the politicians that keep getting re-elected, by those same people 😂, it’s easier to parrot what ya heard versus doing the research yourself, most folk choose the parrot 🦜 ….,

We Bills fans are damn lucky to find ourselves in the position we are in right now…, I of course was way into these guys long before everyone else, 😆🤣😂

    Go Bills!!!

Wishing and hoping for different outcomes with essentially the same personnel is not the way to go after a championship. Do you think Mahomes,Kelce, Hill, and Clyde will regress after 2 straight SB appearances? Do you think Knox, Wallace, Star, Singletary will have breakout seasons? We need unlikely contributions if different outcomes can occur. Beane has shown a knack for bringing in talent through trade or FA. No reason he can't make us better before opening day. Good players want to play for winning teams.

Ya kinda missed my point, anyway, what I or you feel should be done regards the Bills doesn’t mean a thing, we are just going to have to live with what happens like it or not,

    Go Bills!!!

I respect your measured reaction to my expectations. The reason for my frustration is KC and Tampa can bring back their 2020 starting teams and beat us because our dbs and LBs can't handle talented TEs and we don't play the run well enough. Examples, Rams, KC twice, Titans and Indy with Taylor and their TEs shredding us. Now Star is back and I expect better D-line pressure with the rookies and Epenesa being more impactful,  but if you had to forecast the AFC Super Bowl team,  KC would be odds on favorite. The NFL changes drastically every year with FA and cap flexibility. With Josh and Diggs having career seasons , there is tremendous pressure on them to repeat their excellence and when you don't bring in quality depth at positions of weakness, getting past a team like KC is unlikely. Sorry to ruffle your feathers.

    Nothing ruffled here,

had you considered that the prospects you are interested in don’t want to play in/for Buffalo? It’s not so cut and dry as to make it out to be, teams output even with the same players in place, can and has been very different from season to season, ya never know what may come to pass…, here to your feathers staying in place 👍

Interesting how the Packers landed two superstar QBs in a row, each of them won a single Super Bowl, and both attempted to weasel themselves out of Green Bay - one successfully and one in progress.

Both seemed pretty likeable at first. Then the weaseling began.

Makes ya think that it’s no coincidence, maybe the problem is with management….

Until Beane brings in a quality upgrade in the 3 areas of weakness, his offseason is OK, nothing more. DB, TE, D tackle is pedestrian. No one cares who the problem is.Beane is competent and he's got capspace.

It appears you didn’t realize that it takes two to tango…,

nuthin but love but you are being a bit myopic

    Go Bills!!!

  8. What the Bills actually  need is somewhat more out of Josh as a decision maker, and a lot more out of the run game ie; the O line & RBs both,  a WR Corp that isn’t all injured for the playoffs, and the “D” to stay healthy (unlike last season) and up their game across the board, that being accomplished we win the Super Bowl, 😁👍

I have a question. And I'm not talking sides. But the way you keep on harping on about this makes me ask what I'm gonna ask. Are you the guy in the video? Because you are acting butthurt like you are him and being insulted. Just wondering 🤷🏻‍♂️ ( I personally think you are him) But I rather ask then jump to conclusions.

Star Almighty is actually Dan Fetes…, well I’ll be damned…, 😂

And is there a Fat Man, in the Bathtub, With the Blues?

We don't have access to his GPS data obviously, but several analysts have concluded that from watching film last season.

Me, I think it's hard to tell as he was limited by his QBs in N'Awleans

My first thought was "what about Cole Beasley?"  He came damned close to 1000 yds last season, and he has that "connection" going with Allen.  If he plays, it's hard to imagine him not getting A LOT of looks from Allen, or those looks leading to A LOT of yards.

It's OTAs, but Sanders wasn't looking "all that and a bag of chips" in early returns - not being where Allen expected so communication or playcall issues, not hauling in a pass that hit his hands etc.

Those unaccustomed to what actual ball velocity is ( Tua cough cough) have issues with catching Josh’s passes, the initiation can be tough, Sanders will adapt or fall by the wayside…,

    Go Bills!!!

I have explained why I think that above. Because for me this is too big and too fundamental a public policy question to be devolved on an individual basis to economic actors such as businesses. I am sceptical as a matter of public policy about the ability of economic nudge factors to deliver societal change without delivering significant downsides. Let's say for a second it is the NFL. Then it is car manufacturers. Then it is tech companies. And they all say "get vacced or you can't work here" and there becomes a diminishing pool of jobs open to non-vacced people. You are creating a two tier society that is going to give you a legacy of problems that last decades. That is why other than in those industries where it is really essential - and I understand and agree that there are some where it is - I don't think just devolving this decision about whether people must be vacced to industry is the right approach.

Indeed. I just firmly believe it is for Government to do that stepping. Not devolve it to industry. I know that is controversial especially in a country like the US where people tend to prefer small non-interventionist Government.

I’m with you on that, Americans love to distrust Government as a hobby it seems, but then whine like children when the government doesn’t run to their rescue when they feel it is needed, yet these very same people bare their souls to Facebook and Amazon etc…, my fellow country men and women seem to think corporations are trustworthy for some unfathomable reason, we are going to hell in a hand basket as the saying goes… enjoy your day, I’m going to sip a single malt and and read a book, later,

Again though with respect I doubt those rule changes are a true equivalence with the vaccination. I don't feel comfortable with a decision of this seriousness being driven by employment. To me it is either a public policy decision that should be taken by Government or it is a personal responsibility decision to be taken by individuals. I feel instinctively uncomfortable with this kind of middle ground of employment being used to enforce by stealth. I say that as someone who does public policy making as a career. It makes me instinctively uncomfortable because (and I appreciate I am slightly off the point and the mods may kill this) if you try the incentivisation through economic factors (such as employment) approach and you get it wrong the long term damage to society is severe. I'd equate it to the Conservative incentivisation for private home ownership in the UK in the 80s. Well intentioned policy but it was using economic factors to drive societal behaviour and some of our most serious societal problems in the UK now can be traced back to the two tier society it left us with. That is my concern.

Understand your trepidation, but concerning public health, toes get stepped on,

Indeed but how many of us suddenly have the terms of our employment on a matter as serious as this changed under our noses and the only options being conform or go? It is dangerous territory in my view. The league has provided a 3rd (tougher restrictions) option for players, I personally think they should do the same for coaches. And believe me I have little time for the anti-vax argument.

Having worked in the military, worked in banks, retail, and for municipalities, rules get changed with no input from the masses all the time, it’s part of everyday life, does it create problems for folk? Yes it does, but we all make choices to mitigate the impact of our circumstances changing, it’s what happens when the responsibility of being the adult in the room rests on ones shoulders, it’s unfortunate that lives get put in a state of turmoil, but that has been the case for all of the history of humanity, people make choices, many times they make, shall we say choices that have negative impacts on their lives, like you I have little patience for the anti vaccination arguments, I wish no harm on those who don’t vax, but the outcome of that decision rest on their shoulders…

I get that but the result of a man losing his job because of a matter of personal choice makes me instinctively uncomfortable. I disagree most strongly with Dennison. But I don't feel comfortable with the outcome.

I hear ya, but all day every day all of us follow rules, and do things we would rather not, to keep our jobs, not get arrested, etc etc, by his own free choice he was fired, it really is that simple, I wish the guy no harm, but this was not the smartest choice an adult person could make…, on the flip side, he is likely financially set for life so it really doesn’t matter in that respect.

Mine would be Cole Beasley. He calls it the way he sees it and takes on the world doing so. Hats off to you brother!

When it comes to the Buffalo Bills it’s Josh Allen, and buy a long shot

the little dummy doesn’t even make the list, he’s thrown his own team under the bus with his childish antics, he’s a very good slot receiver, but it appears he holds himself above the importance of “team”
