It was... but very catchable.
It was a horrible throw. It was catchable but it should have been 10x easier.

Every pick this April should go to offence. Defence is lights out. Tackles are getting exposed and receivers can’t catch a cold.
-
Allen has zero idea how to handle a pass rush.

Titans are playing lights out and I see them winning that division. No one wants to play them in the playoffs(aside from Baltimore obviously) and they’re firing on all cylinders. Each phase is on point.

We definitely did not beat a team with the #1 offense and #9 defense on national TV 2 weeks ago.
What’s their win/loss?
I’m waiting.

We’ve yet to beat a good team this year so Pittsburgh are obviously the favourites. After flopping last week this is the week to make a statement.

He had a bad game and still threw 3 TD’s. Humble yourself!
His “bad game” still gives his team a chance to win. Allen’s bad game makes it almost impossible.

Guess that means something regarding today's game?
Clearly it does. Are you watching?

Daboll play calling when the heat is brought eveythime.
He started to adjust with the Beas passes and late Devin runs.
I hope he understands the Ravens are not gonna switch what they are doing.
Yep. Ravens always bring the house, they’ve done it all season.

Maybe tone it down a touch. The Ravens are good; they've hardly proven themselves unbeatable in all circumstances.
They’ve beaten a lot better competition than we have that’s for sure.

For a time. Teams figured it out by the end of his Jets tenure.
Simple fact is that he took a top-5 unit that had 50+ sacks in consecutive seasons and turned it into a mess of a unit that generated no pressure.
Teams learned that short passes and motion forced them into multiple checks per play. It was a total cluster.
No one figured it out, the Jets defense was old by the time he got to his final years there and when he got here the linebackers were too slow and the team didn’t buy in to the scheme switch. 10 years of history vs four. I’ll take the 10 thanks.

so weird... never understood this. Is there a contingent of Southern Ontarioans who get off on rooting for the opposing team at Bills games?
Considering the Bills have terrible for the last 25 years and there are almost 6 million people in the GTA it's not hard to see how Bills games are an easy ticket for people to come watch their favourite NFL team without paying for a flight and hotel. It also doesn't help that half of our fan base sells tickets like candy instead of actually going to the games.

He has done a nice job replacing Thomas Davis and there wasn’t a chance in Hades they were letting him go.
With all the tough talk the owner just did this last week he wasn’t going anywhere.

The Jets haven't had a good GM for as long as I remember. Had Rex Ryan had a QB I feel like the history of this division would have played out differently over the last decade. Miami has been a mess just as long but haven't had anything going for them.

Red's really nice, show's that we're angry!

After he got fired from the Jets he lost his passion. You could tell the difference on the sidelines with us vs the Jets. He put his heart and soul into that team, I mean they went to the conference championship with Mark Sanchez of all people.
Buffalo he came to cash cheques.

They'll need them all because that team is full of holes outside QB and corner.

DT is not an immediate impact position especially as a rookie. If he has 8 sacks rushing from the DT spot that would be amazing. I just hope he isn't a liability in the run game.
Agree he will help pass rush for others. But a rookie penetrating DT can get out of position quickly in defending the run game.
There is no point in stating anymore I wanted Allen or Hock. It's history now.
I hate bringing up Aaron Donald because everyone and their mother is doing it but that's the most ideal comparison right now and he put up those numbers as a rookie from the DT position. So it's possible if Ed wants it, and I'm certain he want it.

In what world is Lamar Jackson a better prospect than Allen? Baltimore pretty much ripped up their entire playbook from the last 10 years because the guy can't throw a football.

What?
I think he's referring to the coaching staff? In which case I agree, if you don't see a big jump in year three you need to begin evaluating what's going wrong. Is it personnel or coaching? If we have a similar record this year it's because Josh Allen isn't becoming what we think he's going to be, and then you start looking at the coaching first and foremost.

No doubt Brady is a huge part of their success, but they went 11-5 with Cassel under center when Brady tore his ACL in game 1.
That’s a totally different team. Let me go through who was on that roster that surrounded Matt Cassel. Are you ready? Randy Moss, Wes Welker, Benjamin Watson, Matt Light, Logan Mankins, Richard Seymour, Ty Warren, Vince Wilfork, Adalius Thomas, and Brandon Meriweather. Not even going to mention the vets like Harrison, Bruschi and Vrabel that were on their last legs.
The Patriots team now has nothing at wideout, no pass rush and an aging secondary. I know you have PTSD after all these years but recognize what this New England team is. They were a bone headed offside call from losing to KC last year. Brady has been carrying them for years now.
