He’s done as a Bill after this year. Not saying I do or don’t want that to happen, it just is what it is, I don’t see him back here, I think he gets his way and goes to Dallas with his brother and Jerruh likely over pays us in the process.
That being said, hopefully Beane works some magic, clears lots of bloated cap numbers, and finds a way to land Waddle and Higgins next year so Josh can win multiple superbowls regardless of clappy on the sidelines…

Brady called a great bunch of plays to get down the field… and then completely abandoned what was working, and decided to give Pat Mahomes a full two minutes and two timeouts in the event the offense fell short, or succeeded…

This team just can’t put it together on both sides of the ball simultaneously for any sustained period of time… One unit steps up only to let the other down.
Josh scores go ahead TDs, then the defense lays down.
Defense creates turnovers in good field position, only for the Offense to fail to capitalize when it matters.
Fitting that Josh was the cover athlete bc this team is truly maddening…

He’s a choke artist. Please explain to me the point of having a defensive minded head coach whose defense never shows up against legitimate offenses? Injury narrative played out, we have three starting corners, two starting safeties, and way too much money tied up into a primarily healthy DL… and they give up 37 in the rain. Bye McDermott, give Brady the job.

Von Miller was the worst free agent signing since ______________ …
All of the $$$ and draft equity tied up into that DL, and still they constantly have to send extra rushers at the QB, and they still can’t get home when it matters… just a huge failure as a whole organizationally.
Barring Josh flipping a switch and becoming unstoppable, this team is toast. It’s time to move on from this regime, and give Josh a chance to work some elite offensive minds.

Plus it’s hopefully going to be a very, very late 3rd, swapped for an early 5th, likely 40-45 picks apart, to solidify the secondary and keep this team in the class of “legit contender”… Seems like a small price to pay.

Hopefully they land Surtain, or at the very least Donte Jackson from Carolina at CB, and then maybe they can swing a deal for Renfrow? I feel like his and Knox’s contract are basically they same $, Idk how the guarantees affect deals, but cap #’s are very similar for the two.

I’d give atleast a 1st for Surtain, (I read somewhere they’d consider trading him), and let’s be real, they’re likely going to draft a CB next year anyway, why risk another Elam?
Maybe the rest of the league doesn’t know how bad Elam is yet, and Beane can do Elam and a 2nd…

I would’ve let McDermott go after 13 seconds and promoted Daboll… one of those guys was responsible for that loss/wasted season, and it’s not the dude in New Jersey.
No way I would’ve screwed with the chemistry Daboll and Allen had.

I tend to avoid wanting to trade for aging players, but Adams is still a top 5 WR, and if they want to win with this Von Miller window they paid for, then they have to go all in.
Hollywood might make more sense long term if they can resign him by getting out of some costly deals next year, Adams is just the guy who’s likely just as hungry for that title as the city of Buffalo is.

Knox and a 1st or 2nd for Davante, it should help offset Adams contract.

So I say he can't evaluate WR talent because year in and year out I see wide receivers that would be very valuable to the Bills drafted by other teams and Beane constantly lets them pass by.

2019 was THE year, and BBB comes out with ZERO… I thought for sure they were going Brown or DK in the 2nd, it was a huge need, and in the 2024 draft, five years later, it still will be. Meanwhile Ford was literally a disappointment from the moment they called his name.
If Beane picks Brown or DK, or even McLaurin, does Buffalo have atleast one Lombardi by now?Hard to think they wouldn’t…
