Real men don't wear pink stuff unless it's a upstate NY biker bar, am I the only one?
I wear pink. Are you saying that I'm not a real man?

Geez...the saying about heat and kitchens comes to mind.
And yet one particularly irate Bills fan instructed this Louie Anderson look-a-like "journalist" to remain IN the kitchen...

I like the quote of quarterbacks being 2 parts intelligence and 2 parts ability. I think Fitzpatrick just might be 3 parts intelligence and 2 parts ability. He is brilliant! (Vick is probably 1 part intelligence and 3 parts ability, while Brees is 3 parts intelligence and 3 parts ability)
Fitzy is exactly 3.5 parts intelligence, 2 parts ability, 1.33 parts awesomeness, 2.25 parts beard, and 1 part girlish scream.

Scientific discoveries are rarely heralded with "Eureka!" More often, they're announced with "Hmmm...that's weird..."
Good example of how science is properly done, though...get an anomalous result, run it enough times to make sure it's statistically significant and not background noise, then publish it to let others try to duplicate it.
DC Tom,
As TBD's resident physics expert, do you think there is much to this potential discovery? Or is this more likely a result of systemic experimental error (for example, they are not correctly measuring the distance the neutrinos are traveling)?

Where did you hear that??
Sports reporter Pat Moran spotted Bill Belichick having dinner in a dark corner of a restaurant with Jeff Gillooly.

CB and OLB need to be set at P2, every other position at P3 or lower.
-
I think the base defense this game will be a 3-3-5 with Scott replacing Davis. Not only is Scott a much better option in pass coverage, but he is also a pretty decent pass rusher for a safety.
-
You know...at some point your 3-4 defense is going to need a legitimate pass rush generated from the OLB's... I realize the game plan for the past two weeks was to stop the run at all costs, but this Sunday there will be no more excuses.
In my opinion, this is probably Kelsay's last year, unless he's willing to take a paycut and accept his role as "solid vet backup." Fitzgibbons, Stevie, and Bell will need to be re-signed/extended this offseason with only a limited amount of Ralph's cash to go around. $6 million a year? Give me a break.

I live in the same town as Drew, in Bend, OR and have seen him around several times. The first time was at the Whole Foods Market where I had a chance to introduce myself as a Bills fan and Drew was super kind to me. The thing I liked was he asked more questions about me than I asked about him. He seemed genuine and was interested in what part of BUF I was from, how long I've been out here, when was the last time I was at the Ralph, we talked skiing at Mt Bachelor and about what a great bunch of golf courses are around Bend. I asked him if he was bitter at all about being shipped out of BUF and he said "absolutely not, I loved my time in Buffalo and it's part of the business".
Then several months later, I saw him at Mt Bachelor on a sick powder day. He came into the bar with a group of guys and I was by myself and holding down a table in the small, packed bar. I offered to let them have my table and I reminded Drew that I chatted with him at Whole Foods and he said "That's why I love Bills Fans".
He IS a classy dude and after listening to that interview, my opinion hasn't changed at all.
Nice try, Mrs. Bledsoe.

Nfl network has a show called the No huddle. 4 guys sit around and discuss football. Kinda like Inside the Nfl from Showtime, without video clips. Just talk basically.
Anyway on that show last week they talked about the afc east. Someone said any division that has the jets and pats is a strong division. Then someone said, "buffalo is in that division" they all laughed. actually sadly but true, i did too.
*******************************
NO huddle show THIS WEEK
Who is the surprise of the week? Buffalo and they went on and gave us a lot of congrats and all the goodies. No laughing
Inside the Nfl-showtime THIS WEEK
At the end of the show. We were on their pick 6 section (They choose 6 games only and pick their winners/Sadly we are not always in this section)
All 3 guys selected us over Raiders!
The 3 guys are C Collinsworth, Warren Sapp, and the giants qb from the 90's forgot his name. damn
Phil Simms.

The theme of that youtube video is that humans are !@#$ing things up largely due to overpopulation.
So if you really cared for your children, you wouldn't have any.
-
No, I wasn't impressed at all. He needs to be cut this afternoon, with Michael Jasper taking his place as starting TE.
-
RANT
I think you need to ignore the advice of your own user name and try to get some sleep before you die.
-
How do you arrive at this conclusion? Jasper is on the PS. That's where players go to develop. How does that change because they signed Young? Eventually they would want the two of them to compete. Remember Nix said he wants to stack players on players?
Doyle Miller CB was put on PS.
If that's the case, then Jasper better be at the bottom.

Call me crazy but I always thought teams carried 8-10 OL with most carrying 9. Very odd to only have 2 OL to bring off the bench. Also OL have a decent amount of uses on special teams you would think they would need more.
You're not crazy. It's very typical to carry 9 OL and activate 8 for games. The Bills only kept 8 because they've decided to keep an extra LB than normal. This is partly due to the high number of injuries we seem to get at that position, and also partly due to the fact that we didn't really have more than 8 NFL-caliber OL in training camp.

Down to 20! Nix and Gailey are really beginning to shape this roster in the way they want it...hopefully that's a good thing.
2001: Moorman
2003: Lindell, Kelsay, McGee
2004: Wilson
2005: Parrish
2006: Jackson, Williams
2007: Scott
2008: Spencer Johnson, McIntyre, McKelvin, Stevie Johnson, Bell
2009: Sanborn, Florence, Fitzpatrick, Wood, Levitre, Byrd

jeremy2020 speaks the truth, except for the part about Sullivan.
Nobody deserves that.
Approximately half of the posters on this message board are actually different log-in names of Jerry Sullivan's.

I hope Chris Kelsay doesn't read TBD.

Cup by a !@#$ing mile.
mrags - maybe the dumbest and most ignorant tirade I've seen in years. the MLB and NBA have nothing on hockey.
Agreed. This "mrags" fellow has proved he is a douchebag with his post.
Nevertheless, as much as I love hockey and the Sabres, I'd rather have the Lombardi for this one simple reason: it is much less likely that the Bills leave Buffalo if they win a Super Bowl before Ralph's death.

I thin Pat Moron would get it all wrong anyway. PM, he is a jerk. Peter Pan is a good example of the diversity of Bills fans, that is an all good thing.
Much appreciated, kind sir . You go to a Bills game wearing a jersey of your favorite Bills player. I may show up with a fuchsia chiffon blouse complete with sequins and glitter. But when Fitzgibbons throws the ol' pigskin into the hands of Stevie J, we will both find ourselves cheering for the same football team. Pat Moron can do all the shoddy journalistic detective work he wants; all he will find is one hell of a rabid, chic Bills fan.

As a relative newbie to TBD, I see people are kind of obsessed with this Peter Pan guy and get unlimited joy out of Rick Rolling everyone, myself included, to his site.
Is he really a Bills fan? How did this theme get started anyhow? I could go through his site and maybe find out, but I'm scared.
Thanks for the intel.

Yes, I'm really a Bills fan!
Two Bills Drive started becoming obsessed with me in 2002 after Tom Donahoe changed the uniforms. Everyone was angry about that, and they were looking for some fashionable alternatives to those wretched things. By the magical powers of Google, my website was discovered. And the rest, as they say, is history...

Im well into my 30s which is why I can say Im old, and 49 is definitely old.
The general rule is, the rule to determine how young you can date. It is half your age + 7. JC is 49, so 24.5+7 = ~32
To determine how young you can date, you really only need to follow the "older than 17" rule.
What is Chad Kelly (Jim's nephew) hinting at?
