CBS non stop piling on Josh Allen. You would think he was the worst NFL bust of all time.
This is nonsense.

I think Bernard could be better than Edmunds, but that's big leap for Williams to be better than Milano, who is being talked about as one of top 10 in league if not higher.
That being said Williams could be better than Milano post injury or at least through the 2024 season. By 2025 Williams is in his 3rd year, so could see him replacing Milano barring a miraculous recovery. Certainly this injury will drastically accelerate Williams learning curve.
But overall IMO team would be better right now, by year end, and in 2024 with Milano & Bernard as the starters.
Top 10 in the league?
Fred Warner
Matt Milano
The rest...

It's going to be a closer game than most expect.
The Buffalo News picked NE by 1. They're always wrong, so I know we'll win.
The Buffalo news picked NE for real? Hahahahahaah. That's hilariously ridiculous.

I don't see them making it that far, so probably?

I'm tired of reading about how Davis "isn't a good WR2 but he'd make a decent WR3." Can any of you provide a coherent explanation what the qualities of a good WR3 are that are different from a good WR2?
(I doubt it.)
Sure, smart guy. A good WR2 more often than not is someone who lines up against the other teams CB1 and reliably moves the chains. Pretty simple. A WR3 struggles against top tier corners, generally.

Feels like the Bills have become a good flex target.

This is not an Allen bashing thread. Please don’t turn it into one. This is a thread to talk about Allen’s tendency to underthrow this season.
In this particular game, Diggs torched his defender twice, deep, and I believe that there is a good chance that both would have been TD’s if the pass hit him in stride.
On both plays, Allen underthrew him, causing Diggs to stop running or slow down drastically.
He has had a couple other underthrown deep passes this season - mostly on deep throws.
I’m curious what you think is causing these underthrows: Do you think Allen is under-estimating how far he needs to throw it? Is it simply too far to throw? Is he not stepping into the passes? What are your thoughts?
This was the INT (Diggs had several steps on the defender).
And this was the deep completion to Diggs where no one covered him (he would have walked into the endzone if the ball hit him in stride).
The next time Josh leads Diggs on one of these wide open deep balls, where he has beat his man, will be the first one I can remember. I may have forgotten some where Diggs didn't have to wait or come back for it?

This was also his old crew. Biggest bunch of suck-offs on TV today. Unwatchable.

This offense just isn't reliably championship caliber.

Well, at least I didn't have to wait for the Bengals game to see this game this year.

Just rewatched that, I thought AJ timed it perfectly.

Bills just getting unlucky here. Happens in a 17 game season
Same thing happened against the same team last time they played. That isn't luck

Exactly, defenses are just going to copy what the Jets and Jags and Bengals do.
