  1. There is no question that it's Evans, because he can walk at the end of the year.

BTW, it's not like Evans is all about the Bills and not money, as some here seem to suggest. I love the guy and think he is a terrific player, a must sign, and a great citizen. But remember, he actually has a contract with the Bills through 2009 not 2008. The only reason people talk about him becoming a free agent next year is because he has a player option to opt out and everyone expects him to exercise it. Why? More money. Why hasn't he signed yet even though the Bills have been talking to him for a year about a new deal? More money.

you have to remember that these players dont look at the NFL like we fans do...we love the Bills and if we had a chance to play for Buffalo we would never leave because theyre our favorite team...Players see the NFL as a business...they go where the money when they can and you cant blame them for it...if a different company came up to any of us and offered big money we'd take it fast and wouldnt look back

  2. As long as we don't break the bank on Evans I say sign him. He shouldn't get over $7/mil a year. Berrian money is par for him although he's better. Berrian is over-paid anyways. As much as I like Lee, I like the idea of Roy Williams if we can't keep him. Williams is a true #1 who can dominate a game in a way Lee can't.

Lee can't get open like Steve Smith, and he's not big enough to dominate on the goal line. I would still pay him, but no more than than Berrian whose compensated at the same rate as Reggie Wayne. Wayne is better than both right now. Lee is definitely worth 6 years $42 million for future contract appreciation.

Peters may be traded at the end of the year, he won't have the money to lock him up and Stroud. I would prefer Peters as he's younger, but he's going to want $9-11 mil a year. No one is worth that in a FA league unless you are Brady or Manning.

No Way Peters gets traded...If the Bills wanted him traded they would have done that this season while Peters was holding out

  3. Peters already has a contract

they both allready have a contract...who gets a "NEW" contract is gonna be Evans...hes in his last year and could be gone next if Bills dont move on it fast...Peters can still wait till next year without worrying about...wonder if Peters sits out next seasons ota's and training camp like he did this year?

  4. he was in the huddle and broke and went to sideline as if he was being substituted ... he went to the ref to tell him he was coming in as an eligible receiver ... then stayed near sideline..noone on the Seattle team payed any attention to him and he trotted in for a TD :huh:

I have to say that if you have to trick play a bunch of 12 year olds that is just sad....should have been a penalty anyways..the whole o-line was moving b4 he ran...i take that back..i re-watched it and i have to say kudos to the oline for being so young and being able to just stand and not actually move in any direction....still a crap thing to do to a bunch of kids tho :pirate:

  5. I'm going to say the entire defense deserves it. WOW! They were amazing.

And I think Trent should get the MVP award too. I think he's proven he can play for good.

you'll notice your the only one saying this.....for today I wouldn't give TE a game ball...he played well but not game ball well....in the first quarter I was wondering who was at QB for the Bills....his demeanor was that of a scared cat...he made a few high throws and of course there were a few throws the WR's should have cought....he did calm down in the second quarter and played better but not game ball better.

my game ball goes to - Stroud, Williams, Youboty, Corto, Parrish, Evans

  6. you can add in -

    - Seattles "cant punt for sh--" punter..man he sucked

    - Seattles "highschool" WR's

dont read this wrong...Bills killed them in all aspects of the game...well running game could have been better...

but I still want to see what they do against a healthy team...I did like Chambers play against Seattles best DE

  7. I wouldn't mind trying to re-sign Losman as #2 but I highly doubt it happens...first - Hamdan is showing he can be a capable #2 behind Edwards...second - did you watch the sidelines sunday?...Losman did not sit or hang arround TE or Hamdan..he dosent seem to be interested in being a team player...hes not makeing waves, but hes not sitting in the boat either...third - most likely Losman will have to take a pay cut if he signs a new contract with Buffalo...hes gonna have 2 things on his mind next year 1 - where can I go to be a starter? and 2 - where can I go to make money?...hes gonna list them as A) - starter and money, B) - starter and C) - money....none of wich = Bills...I think Buffalo moves Hamden to #2 next season and either looks for a #3 in FA or Draft a QB late

  8. heres Buffalos list of free agents next year:

QB Gibran Hamdan UFA - needs to be re-signed

QB J.P. Losman UFA - actually would likr to re-sign...not many better backup FA's next year

RB Fred Jackson RFA - needs to be re-signed

WR Justin Jenkins RFA - would like to see re-signed

WR Roscoe Parrish UFA - needs to be re-signed

TE Kevin Everett UFA - we all know this one

OG Kirk Chambers UFA - could stay, could go

C Melvin Fowler UFA - looks like we might be drafting C high in 09'

OL Duke Preston UFA - unsure at this time

DL Copeland Bryan RFA - no feelings either way

    DL Ryan Neill ERFA

LB Angelo Crowell UFA - will be on another team in 09'

LB John DiGiorgio RFA - probably keep him for depth

LB Keith Ellison RFA - would like to keep but I think Bowen takes his spot next year

CB Jabari Greer UFA - needs to be re-signed

FS George Wilson UFA - again we draft or get better FA

ok back on topic - I think Bowens takes Crowells spot next year with Ellison backing him up and we draft a LB in top 3 rounds...I wouldnt be surprised to see Buffalo draft in order LB, DT,C, OT/OG, S, QB

  9. there not even real fans....the only sport that city has is football and they don't even know how to be football fans....I went to a preseason game in Seattle when I visited my friends in belvue....not one tailgate party...we walked down the city streets on our way to the game and you really couldn't tell the difference between the fans and ppl who didn't even know what a football was....none of them have any sports in there blood

I have to say the pics and jokes about Everett are just dis-tasteful....if the seahawks players saw that they'd probably whip the sh-- out of there own "fans" on that board....any player that laughs at that stuff is !@#$ing stupid....not saying they did , just trying to show the difference of our forum to that one..Bills players would and some Probably do visit this forum and read it and have fun reading our discussions...

it pisses me off because I actually do like that city..its a very pretty city with lots to do arround it...the ppl I met and saw there were very freindly...to bad the football team has jackass fans tho with no brains

  11. Bills 1st round pick next year....OLB.

Ive seen this stated a few times the past week ...we still have rookie Bowen on IR...although I wouldnt be apposed to grabing another LB early, I believe if Peters dosent come back, Bills will pick OT in round 1 or 2....but the point is I think we need to give Bowen a chance next year
