    Is Joe Brady the main issue on offense?

    If Brady is going to show he's more than a chump, today is the day. I'm hoping the light will go on and he'll install plays for the personnel he actually has, including Coleman. Putting aside the Jets game (for obvious reasons), the offense hasn't played well all year, not for more than bursts here and there. That may be on Allen to a degree, but I put most of the blame on Brady. Let's see if today he finally shows why he should continue as coordinator. 

     

    I agree because right now it’s not looking good, and I would love a win today, but not the end of the world, just win in the playoffs.

    Your turn.  Show me the evidence that firing McBeane will bring about a new drought.  When in the history of the NFL has a QB of Allen's caliber gone on a long streak of missing the playoffs?

     

    Josh is a buoy, you see.  We're going to make the playoffs with him no matter who is the coach.  The question is more, which GM will give him the talent to win in the playoffs?  Which coach will be able to match wits against playoff winners like Andy Reid, Spags, Fangio, etc?

    It took me awhile to get to finding a new GM and coach, but I’m there now , and really after 13 seconds should have been it. KC is still the big brother in the AFC and I think we took a step back further than we were. I don’t have faith in our GM or coach to pass KC, Allen and Mahomes cancel each other out, so it comes down to who’s roster is better,

    Superior coaches and FO. Also, hate to say it but Brady and Mahomes seem to have that ultra competitive gene that not everyone does. There’s a reason why Brady named Mahomes as a current qb that reminds him most of himself. They’re just different from a competitive and motivational standpoint. 

    So do you think we should stay the course, or look at different GM and coach, I really don’t have much faith in our GM and coach anymore. And I’m not that fire everyone person, but it’s been 8 years now and the defense isn’t better, and our offense is lacking a play maker on the outside.
