I hope everyone asking for his firing and cleaning house, get what you want...
Then we will most likely be back to being below average and getting our tails kicked in every Sunday.
And you will all be back on here clamoring, complaining, whining, crying again for a new HC while McDermott is successful somewhere else.
Edit: Grass isn't always greener on the other side...

I don't see the Bills making it to the playoffs next season. Could it be a rebuilding season ? I see 8 wins at most . Any thoughts ?
FFS another damn bad hot take.
Thinking your idea or opinion is smart doesn’t make it smart.

Diggs needs to control his public outbursts. Typical diva WR…when things are going great, no worries. As soon as I don’t get the ball enough…watch out.
Anyone ever ask him why he takes himself out of the game so often?
Could say the same about a lot of posters on here......

Guys.....
How do you know that there wasn't an already agreed upon exit from Diggs so he can get to where ever to watch his younger Brother who was also in the playoffs?
No one does.
Assuming only makes an ass out of you and me (well not me technically, but you get the saying)

McDermott is terrible situationally.
Beane has consistently whiffed on early round draft picks.
we don’t have any difference makers on any level of defense for a defensive head coach lead team (besides a 34 year old 140 million dollar DE with a bad knee)
you can’t miss on that many draft picks and expect to have a good team
#17 is so good he makes up for a lot of weaknesses on this team until you play a team who can expose them6 years going on 7 and the o line, d line are soft. We don’t have any playmakers/difference makers besides Allen and diggs and there’s no salary cap space
This isn’t a one off season fix. Teams in our own division are getting better. We’re going to take a step back before we move forward
I also firmly believe we let the best coach on the staff leave for NY and we’re going to feel the backlash for years to come
ffs another bad take. go boo hoo in your bathroom so your wife doesnt see you...

We were dominated in all 3 phases today, but this season and franchise has always been about Josh Allen being an elite QB and taking us to the next level.
It is safe to say he regressed this year and today was the nail in the coffin.
Sure you can blame the OC, but 10 points at home in a playoff game falls on the QBs shoulders in a MAJOR capacity.
If this board voted on Cinci having 27 points before kickoff, most would have taken it.
I am afraid Allen’s career will be an above average quarterback who shuffles between signs of greatness, signs of mediocrity, and signs of someone with zero offers out of high school.
He is NOT even in the league of Mahomes and Burrow and today solidified that.
Another bad take. Wonder how many we will see today

Been a fun year, crazy and emotional rollercoaster, but fun.
Hope you all enjoy the rest of your day.
Those crying and complaining, I hope you continue your rage and punch a bunch of holes in your dry wall so you have to then fix it.

Listening to the radio here in San Diego, and the gents were talking about the game this weekend.
Kept bringing up Josh Allen is a turn over machine and this past week he did this and that... anyways..It made me think, how come when the media heads talk about the Bills offense they are not bringing up that it is an Offense being lead by a FIRST TIME OC? and maybe, just maybe, the offense is misfiring at times due to design vs defenses, vs timing of play calls etc.. but nope.
I remember plain as day, when the Steelers had a new OC and roethlisberger was struggling, they pointed it more towards the OC and not the QB.
another post, I read that media heads will hold onto their initial evaluation of Josh from when he was drafted and any time Josh does something negative, they act like the last 3 years the Bills haven't been a top team with Josh leading it.

McD's clapping was in SB form on this play...
I LOVE McD clapping as he squats there. Not just standing and walking around, but squat and clap to its perfection

Going to sound crazy, but i think you put Greg R. in the middle more and have his height and length create problems for throwing lanes.

Turning the ball over isn’t a big deal? I don’t understand the point of this post.
Trying to add this up: you’re saying turning the ball over isn’t a big deal because pff gave him a good grade?other than the turnovers- he had a great season. He’s an elite of the elite QBs- we all know this….. but make no mistake about it, turning the ball over is a HUGE PROBLEM.
i agree, but I also think PFF actually takes into consideration of how the turn over took place.
IE WR ran off their route when the QB let go of the ball, or ball bounce off the chest of WR who was being held/mugged into a defenders hands, or being blindsided and helmet to helmet hit to cause a fumble.
They "PFF", also include turn over worthy plays in their grade, so if Allen threw a would be INT but the defender dropped it, then it would still hurt grade.
I think lol

Dang didn't see the helmet to helmet live. Refs yesterday. Ughh. Yeah Romo was saying that smoke ran the top of the route wrong. And Beasley is for sure not on josh. I was a little disappointed in 2 long shots to gabe in a row rather than taking something else the D was giving you. At that point in the game, putting a drive together would have been better imo. Funny thing is if any of those big plays worked......
yeah, if you watch the video (I posted it in Post Gameday Thread) you definitely hear and see Josh's head get knocked back pretty damn hard.

I still do NOT know how this is not helmet to helmet hit....
Before you respond, set the playback to .50 to it is a little slower. Dude straight up hits helmet to helmet..

If he caught a TD I doubt the refs give us the timeout. It's a lose-lose situation. That was also about the 5th time the play clock was at zero and they didn't call delay of game.
Not true, whistle was being blown by the ref right next to him
-
If the guy catches it and runs in for a TD then you are all loving he called a timeout.
