  1. Moved to Denver 25 years ago and I just hate everything about the Broncos. It’s not even the fans really as I find nowadays that the die hards are few and far between, seemingly because it’s just an awkward, lame team. And that’s exactly it. If Russ started cooking I swear the fans here wouldn’t even really know how to get behind it, nobody seems to be buying into at all.

Cutler sucked. Tebow sucked. Kyle Orton sucked. Most green chile sucks and New Mexico definitely does it better. This Denver team just always has annoying quarterbacks. I want the Bills to win out of spite, then we can reconsider things at 6-4.

If another contender was truly interested and offered him a contract he probably would have took it over the Bills.

There’s just absolutely no way to know this and you’re not even trying to provide any evidence whatsoever to support it. Can’t tell if just dumb or a half hearted effort, but it’s definitely a completely unnecessary take.

  3. I think there’s something to be taken from this, even if it’s a matter of just a few less risky throws. Why is he pushing so much risk? He’s been an ice cold killer in the past that showed the necessary patience to be the best, and I don’t buy the opinion of some dorks that his mental game regressed, which frankly makes little sense. As if people just forget things and grow more uncomfortable with experience in their trade. He’s not trusting something in this offense.

  4. Yeah yeah. They're the better team but they still weren't all world, we just sucked more than anticipated.

Burrow is always legit but more of a pass rush, any pass rush, would have changed things, especially with that finger. It was pretty cool that nobody really touched him today! Another feather in McD's cap. Great defensive mind.

I think that defense gets diced up by Baltimore next time. Maybe Jacksonvile and Indy too now that Jonathan Taylor is pretty much back.

I think McDermott is the problem.

That's probably why there's bad blood with him and Daboll. McDermott wanted a wimpy boring offense and Daboll just did whatever he wanted.

And it worked and everyone loved it, which probably hurt McDermott's pride. Then his beloved defense blew the 13 seconds game.

Obviously everyone on the team was aware of the tension and I'll bet many sided with Daboll. His side of the ball was rolling.

Now Dorsey is just some guy that Josh hoped would be Daboll but McDermott can control him so it's bland vanilla offense

Kind of leaning here. That opening drive was all Dorse. Then McD got more involved as the game progressed.

A few flashes here and there isn't really enough to choose Dorsey though, as he's also been pretty bad at times. He's going to be the first one gone and he probably deserves it, even if it may be partially as the fall guy. So I guess both?

  6. Spencer Brown man. Good lord. I don't even know what you do at this point but he has far more extreme highs and lows than JA.

Sticking with the o-line, they did this nice little blurp on how great Dion has been this year (agreed), and as soon as it was over Hendrickson got a sack. Couldn't have been more billsy timing. In fairness Dion still did his initial job on that play and then everything broke down and Trey got him from behind, but the old Bills fan in me felt the gut punch when that happened

See I would disagree w that take

Imo our talent on offense is below average

Guess it's a matter of opinion but would like to know an example of depth that you think might bring it home? Even excluding Davis, the Kincaid-Harty-Shakir, even Sherfield combo is better than what a lot of teams are working with as 3rd-5th options. Weirdly enough Baltimore has pretty solid depth which was always their issue for years but beyond that I'm not seeing anything other than Cincy

Denial runs deep. Only running that will be done is to the bathroom.

Even the most optimistic posters are having second thoughts.

I don't think running the math at 5-3 makes me "most optimistic". Now it's 5-4 and I'm not. That's realistic, which is not to be confused with the stuff that guys like you and Airseven do before the season even starts.

The list of wideouts I think are better than Davis is pretty long tbh

Fair, he's not a #2 and I've agreed with that take for weeks now. I still think our collective JAGs are better than a lot of other teams. It's pretty rough out there. Outside of the very obvious #2 void, which is impactful, I don't think it's much of a valid complaint. I mean the Browns are still giving Marquise Goodwin regular snaps.

  10. Yeah, probably. There's something going on. I know I said that they still had a great shot 4 days ago, which many posters have reminded me of lol, and they did. But then today happened, and now the odds are much worse.

I read some chatter earlier, maybe in the game day thread, that McD stuck his nose in the offense after the first drive. Trying to find it but coming up empty, but nonetheless that really muddies the water if so. You almost have no choice but to be anti McD if there's any truth to that, because it's so much easier to say Dorse should go. If Dorse engineered that first drive, and then things changed, then it makes it all weird.
