Thats what we said last year, then the season happened, and perspectives changed.
Jets - Rodgers injured
Raiders - Meh
Commanders - Meh
Dolphins - Squished
Jaguars - Ok
Giants - Meh
Patriots - Meh
Bucs - Meh
Bengals - Burrow injured
Broncos - Meh
Jets - Meh
Eagles - Good
Chiefs - Good
Cowboys - Meh
Chargers - Herbert injured
Patriots - Meh
Dolphins - Squished
I believe Burrow played in that game. I think got hurt the following week. -
I’m glad those are penalties now. But the Cowboy getting stepped on always gave me a little joy. Am I a bad person?

He's exactly what I expected at where we drafted him in the first. It's the Basham pick that still infuriates me. They double down on DE but I guess WR is off limits.
That pick also bothers me a lot. Especially when Creed Humphrey was available. Sometimes I think Beane only outsmarts himself.
The Cody Ford over DK is right up there too.

I approve.

It’s offensive I guess.

Think we will not regret the Worthy move but will regret not taking Leggete.

Cooper. Then trade up a little or stay put and grab one of the tier 3 receivers. I think there is a good chance Mitchell or Franklin is there at 60.

We can trade back into the 1st round, right!?

The basic navy helmet over white pants combo is fine.
The rest is a Tuesday night MACtion clown show.

Dallin Holker - TE Colorado State
Probably can get him in the 5th round. Will be a solid TE.

If only we took DK instead of Cody Ford in 2019. Seemed like such an obvious choice back then. Would not have had to move up either.

With the exception of 2018, the Bills will do what they normally do. Stay put or move up a few spots.

I don't think either of things are necessarily true, but certainly not the 2nd. You don't get a team's 2nd round draft pick for nothing.
True. A second round is not nothing and the Texans wanted Diggs so Beane had something to work with, but he had his back to the wall to get something done. I’m sure he had to compromise more than he would have liked.
The consensus on this board was the the Bills got fleeced. I think Beane did well despite the position he was in.

I’m at peace with this trade.
It is clear Diggs wanted out. Beane had no leverage and probably did the best he could.
I like the Vikings but now I have to hope they go 0 - 17.
Upside though is no more cryptic tweet threads.

It is legit.
Lateral move mostly but a notch worse than what they currently have.

No. I'd want a 1st. Even if we have to add a 4th and 6th
no way with the Bills get a first for a wide receiver over 30 who is not playing like a WR#1 right now.- 2

To Green Bay for Watson?

Why? He has been all potential to this point. He is always battling an injury also.
I was interested in the bills trading for him last year to help the pass rush and now I am really glad they did not. He really didn't do much in SF. Washington must love having that extra 3rd this year.
He could only manage to get 3.5 sacks in 12 games in SF playing opposite of Nick Bosa.
I have no idea why anyone would pay a premium for sacks to a pass rusher who does not get sacks.
Stop using critical thinking during FA season!- 1

Hate threads that have “cryptic” in the title. Automatically starts drama like Real Wives of Whatever.

Could Bass be on the chopping block?

I didn’t think they had much choice. Two seasons in a row lost to injury and no real sense that he’d be back to 100% this season.
Agree. But I meant more generally with respect to the purge today.- 1

Yep. I really wish it was different but I think the Bills are doing the right thing.- 1

Despite the negativity I’m happy about the stadium. The Ralph was a dump. It was our dump, but still a dump. Will not miss it.

why wouldn’t they just pull that band aid off now and trade him before the season? I realize it is possible to make a better deal at that time with a more desperate team as opposed to the summer but that is a big if. I would rather move on and get a guy on the team that can develop with the young QB.
