It really concerns me how Allen can possibly be evaluated when the team can't run the ball, can't block and aside from Foster no one wants to catch the ball. Clearly Allen was trying to do to much to put the Jets away in the first half. Our special teams put the defense in horrible positions all day. Maybe letting go of the veteran backups that had previously played ST wasn't the best idea. I have an idea of what this team would look like with any other QB. I don't see Josh as a problem at all

I believe he would have caught that pass, had the defender not had is arms wrapped around him. Horrible non-call. Why does it seem the officiating gets worse as the season goes on. Maybe the Ref's need a bye week in their contract.

- I think the optimism is great. But obviously we blew out a bad team a week before the bye. Which is always better than a loss.

I think the reason shady looks a step slow is because he doesn't have confidence in the o-line. He, Ritchie, Wood, and Glenn had played a lot of games together and worked well together over a period of time. Throw in the fact that Glenn, Ritchie and Eric are gone along with a new offense. a young QB and no threat at WR and it appears to me, shady is trying to do to much. He still has a lot of tread on his tires and I think he can produce at a high level for maybe 2 additional seasons beyond this year. He has an amazing knack for making guys miss and for avoiding the big hit. I think he and ivory can be a great 1-2 punch for a couple more seasons. If we improve the o-line going forward

Unless Allen is under center while we go on our run. I don't see that as even a remote possibility but it would be fun, until we are mathematically eliminated.

Really nice to have confidence that the offense is going to do what it needs to do to get a win. Our defense and even the ST stepped up. Glad they got the win in what was a game we have seen them lose close games in the past. JA is definitely growing into the role.
