I dont think we make the playoffs if Frazier is the DC. The D was more aggressive this year which lead to turnovers that won us games, when the offense left the D for dead.
Sean's D gave up 3-game winning drives that ended up in losses and almost lost to the Giants as well. His aggressiveness backfired at times.

Tre White - 11 games
Von Miller - 8 Games
Christian Benford - 7 games
Damar Hamlin - 5 games
Jordan Phillips - 4 games

The answer to this poll depends entirely on how many more years Sean is allowed to waist Josh's prime.

Every position this guy coaches that position excels. Can't let him go. Give him the DL too because Washington sucks.
Trying to be objective here.
He also had Poyer and Hyde in their prime when they were fully healthy and available.
Then inherited Milano and Tremain Edmunds in their prime.
So is he one of our best coaches, or luckiest?

We're numb to Sean blowing playoff games.

We are very fortunate to have wound up with him and Kim as owners, as opposed to say, JB Jovi or the Rogers Media conglomerate…
Thanks Terry!
Bon Jovi moving the team to Toronto would have been a shot through the heart.

I can’t name any coach in the GOAT conversation who didn’t have an elite QB during his tenure.Gibbs is not in the GOAT conversation but maybe he should be. Only coach in NFL history to win three SBs with three different starting QBs.

Greatest coach in NFL history and greatest QB in NFL history.Bill had the luxury of coaching by far the greatest QB (BRADY) and arguably the greatest defensive player of all time (LT)
With Brady (who never asked to be highest paid QB) on the team, free agents took less money to play for NE.
And the AFC East sucked almost the entire time.
And on top of that, he was a widely known cheater.
Of course he's a first ballot HOFer, and yes he's in the conversation for greatest coach of all time, but no other coach benefitted so much from one player.
And his 83-104 (.449) record shows it.

What an absolute horrible signing. That money could have been a #2WR.

No breading. Extra crispy. Small to medium. Never Ranch. Flavor-wise, Bar Bill mild is king.

About 7 years ago, a toy company called OYO made a lego-like mini-figure of LeSean McCoy. My son loves this toy and it has gone missing. I have looked on eBay etc with no luck. Does anyone happen to have one and be willing to sell it to me? This is not meant to be a Christmas gift, so not a huge rush. Thanks!

Daboll didn't choose Wink, he was forced.

He is what he is-a good culture builder, a solid defensive coordinator and a bad gameday coach especially in tight games.
It's looking like our winning culture walked out the door with Daboll and Leslie.

Short of winning the SB, Sean's made too many terrible mistakes for the negative crowd to completely fade away, but making the playoffs would restore some faith and getting to the AFCCG would earn some forgiveness – unless he blows it again.

This does not mean the loss is blamed on him - just the loss was under his term.
Jeremy quickly clarified that it should be about coaching decisions only, since he doesn't have control over fumbles, etc.
So worst decisions for me would be....
1: Trading Mahomes Pick
2: 13 seconds
3: Prioritizing Dlinemen over weapons for Josh.
4: Letting inexperienced play caller be OC in Josh's prime.
The Philly Kneel, Peterman start, and thinking he would do better than Leslie are really bad, but don't make the top 4 in my opinion.

Not sure if anyone has noticed - but McDermott calls a pretty good defense.
Leslie called a very good defense. Sean needs to do better than that to justify the move and that hasn't happened yet.
Letting Mac Jones march 75 yards for a game winning TD comes to mind. Zero blitz x2. 12 men. That's not good coaching no matter how you look at it.

Remember when the O only scored 10 points in the playoffs against Cincinnati – yet, everyone blamed Leslie?
If this team continues to look significantly better under Brady, then one could argue Sean cost us a chance at the last two Super Bowls.

The minute he starts trashing Sean, he loses all access to the the team. It's self preservation. Same goes for Chris Brown and Tasker. Both Bills employees. Last week Tasker said the Bills would be "punting the season" if they fired Dorsey. Yesterday, he said something had to change.

You guys act like the bills haven’t been wildly successful under McDermott
The Bills were wildly successful under Daboll's top 5 offense and Leslie's top 5 defense.
Our winning culture walked out the door when they did.
McMeddle's legacy is blowing 13 seconds.

If you want to really set this board on fire, start a "Bring back Leslie!" chant.

My 8yo son is a huge Bills / NFL fan, and recently has been obsessed with the cornerback position. For Christmas (never too early to start a list lol), he wants a custom jersey of the "best Bills cornerback of all time." Who you got?

What do you think McDermott's biggest coaching error has been so far?

Had nothing to do with this game
You don't think Sean absolutely blowing the 13 second game after Daboll's guys walked off the field with a lead caused any friction between the two? Lol.

And Cam Newton was washed up at 30. We have maybe 3-4 years left of Josh being the duel-threat Josh he is today.
