Their not going to take two 1Techs back to back. They will take a DT and then they will trade up for a CB or vice versa.

Grant can move. He’s fine @1t or 3t. I would love getting both these guys. Harmon’s tape is amazing too. Totally fine with 2 big DL out of the first 3 picks.

A former coach on Sirius radio was saying that you need 9 "blue chip" players to win a SuperBowl.  Didnt really define what blue chip was, but lets say Pro Bowl calibre.  So one of the top 4 in the conference.

    Who are the Bill 9?

Definite: Allen, Cook, Dawkins, Taron Johnson,

    Probably:  Shakir, Rouseau, Bernard, Benford,

Maybe:  Spencer Brown,  Oliver, Milano, Kincaid, Von

Thats 9, so I guess we can win this year.

    THoughts?

That’s one formula. Another one is giving the best QB in the league the best offensive line in the League.

We Need hbo to do a hard knocks “Chiefs family members” edition.

just think of the fun, mahomes dad and Reid’s kid could get wasted at a bar or at the team facility and then get picked up by rice who then crashes into an innocent family and paralyzes them…or if rice isn’t available Reid’s kid could just drive them home.

then they could cut to rice’s mom stealing stuff from Taylor swift in a suite and then swift writes a song about it which goes to number 1.

who knows where the fam’s adventures could lead.

    Whoa - that’s a morbid imagination- crashing into & paralyzing a family.

Prolly could’ve picked him at the tail end of Rd2 if they liked him that much.  He’s about a couple cheeseburgers shy of running slower than Spencer Brown

With that being said, he could be a good red zone option

There are reports that the patriots tried to trade into the back end of the first round to get him. So I doubt they could’ve gotten him at the back end of round two.

  5. I think this means they are totally ready to give up their first round pick next year to move up this year and get the receiver they want. Having Minnesota’s second rounder, would make them more willing to do this.

Young wide receivers are stepping right in and becoming superstars pretty quickly these days.

They gave up a first to get him, had several years of great production, and get a second rounder in return after all of that. On paper, it’s not awful, but they sure as hell better fill that spot, proper, or they’re wasting a year of Josh.
