Leave it to Bills fans to complain about a player working out too much, maintaining a strict diet, and improving his overall physical fitness. I'm sure if it was something the training staff and coaches didn't want him to do, they would have told him months ago.

You misinterpreted what I wrote.  Nowhere does it say I'm complaining.  I'm excited about his workout plan and I'm glad he's going the opposite direction as K. Williams.

While Bellichick is drafting a 90's style QB, Beane is playing Mancala while the Pats are playing chess.

Simple solution to our TE problem (well documented in last year's AFC Championship game)...get a dominant TE like Kelce.

Only problem, Pitts went at pick 4.

Solution: Take a young "versatile" player who has played offense before. Rousseau was a dominant WR in high school. Having opted out of football last year, Dr. Frankenstein poured over his 2019 film AND his high school tape.  This kid will add another 20 lbs, has a non-stop motor, 11" hands, and long arms to block and high-point the ball.

We may be looking at the next Gronk in Buffalo...Groot.

    You heard it here first.

    I would've preferred a chess/checkers reference.  I had to google "Mancala."

Much like the Roulette Results board in a casino, past results don't mean much for predicting the current pick.

It was far easier to hit on our pick when we were consistently picking in or near the Top 10.

I feel like even I accurately predicted our picks, going back to at least Gilmore. And I dont know anything.

Now, if he nails this pick, then THAT is something to brag about, and I'll give him a lot of credit going into next year's mocks.

This was my first initial thought when i opened this post.  I'd like to see how he's done in the past several years with his mock drafts for teams who've been selecting in the bottom 10 of the draft.

I think most Bills fans will agree that our run game in 2020 was a weak spot for the offense.  If Allen was not sure a prolific runner, our runnig game may have been in the bottom 5 in the league.  While some may blame the running backs, I think that the bulk of the blame goes to the O-Line and lack of holes being opened.

We've signed our O-Line starters (which I like to keep consistency) and have Cody Ford coming back, but with this group, how will be improve our running game?  Better backs might help, but I don't see alot of help without the O-line performing better.  How do we make that happen?

Here's kinda where my mindset is at on this.  I think we have a good group in the backfield and am happy with our backs.  I believe that our o-line just needs to execute the play that is given.  Also, i truly believe that we couldn't get the ground game going due to the play calling.  While it was absolutely amazing seeing Josh to Diggs explode throughout the year, it's almost impossible to establish a good ground game if you're passing 50 times a game and only running the ball 10 times.  I honestly believe that a balanced play-calling attack will fix the ground game.

No. This is just made up in your mind.  Some people use the term to describe fans that jump through tables.   It’s MOSTLY used to describe Bills fans. it’s the term everyone uses when they talk about the bills and their fans.

Exactly.  When I was stationed in Okinawa, I got to meet Steven Jackson and of course, I was decked out in Bills attire.  As I was walking up to him, he shouts, "HEY, BILLS MAFIA."  He didn't say it, referencing the motto as a "table jumper."  He was telling me about how loyal and dedicated Bills fans are.

I disagree.  Allen was very raw clay who needed to be persuaded to change his preparation habits and rewire his reactions in games.  He needed someone who was willing to reach him and teach him.  (I really think Daboll and Josh are like the story of the mule trained with loving-kindness).   He would have flashed for sure, but not clear he'd be where he is today.  OTOH, with a different hand on the throttle, he might have developed sooner.

But I'll leave it there, since it's an unprovable proposition, just as it's unproveable how Mahomes would have been under a different coach or Rodgers, or how they would have played if thrown into the fray halfway through their first game rookie year.

    Well said.

He hasn’t been a DC for four years. He’s been a HC.

He’s on record multiple times saying he spends as much time with every unit of the team... because he is the head coach... and that is what they do.

He leads all of the men on the roster.... because he is the head coach.

This is spot on.  At the end of the day, coordinators come and go.  Having a long tenured HC is the most important aspect of a team.  Just take a look at successful QBs from past and present.  Do you think they've maintained the same OC throughout their careers?  No!  When Bieniemy leaves the Cheifs for a HC job, do you think Mahomes' production will drop off?  Probably not.  Why?  Because he has a great HC in Reid.  Same can be said with Brees, Brady, Kelly, Marino, and the list goes on.  One thing those types of QBs have in common, they didn't have to deal with a head coaching carousel.  Yes, i do believe that Daboll is the biggest reason for the development and success of Allen, but it'll ultimately lie with McD to maintain that upward trend of Allen's success and i'm not worried about that at all.  McD is truly turning into a well-rounded coach, because as you mentioned, he spends time with each unit of the team.
