  1. The only difference between Buffalo and Baltimore is their RPO offense. Baltimore has very short read and throw options, where as Buffalo is trying to turn JA into an actual QB that will withstand the test of time and gimmicks. I’ll be patient.

Baltimore has very well designed short passing options which allowed LJ to thrive. Kudos to GR for making that happen. Solid short term plan. While BD has gone the long route as far as development, I still wouldn’t mind seeing some of these short “gadget plays” incorporated into the red zone offense.

  2. Now that the league has seen the highest ratings on a Thanksgiving in forever, they have somewhat jumped on the bandwagon. The Sunday night flex, etc. Fortunately we should start to see some calls going in our favor. Today was strange, however. They pretty much let them play, until the 4th quarter, where the refs took the game into their own hands...

I’d prefer NE lose to Buffalo and one more team to give the Bills the AFCE crown.

    Ryan Tannehill.

    white hot.  Ok.

Agreed on AFCE, however, I was trying to remain somewhat realistic.. I don’t see NE* losing to Cin or Mia... ?

  4. Personally, I’d like to see this.. Buffalo has to win out, Titans win both vs Texans to set this up. I think Buffalo has a better chance at beating Tenn than Hou. Plus, I’d like to see the Pats* actually play a tough playoff schedule for once in 20 years. (Plus, 20 years later we can try to reverse the curse of the Music City Forward Lateral)

This whole Josh is inaccurate narrative is getting so old. The same standards are just not applied to other QBs. If the kid is that bad how does he make throws like this.

The Josh is inaccurate narrative by the media reminds me of the movie about Dewey Cox.

JA could throw for 80% on the year, and people would still be talking about how he needs to be more accurate.

It’s just like how every time Dewey Cox was on the phone with his wife, and at the very end she would always manage to squeeze in, “You’re never gonna make it”

I've spent time this season looking at forums of our opponents, and one thing they all have in common is a belief that the refs are out to get them. Just last week the cowboy fans were starting threads all over the place about being screwed over by the refs.

It's like how you get convinced your own kids are getting harsher treatment by the teachers than all the others.

While it’s clear that the Pats* have been the poster child for “favoritism” It is not just all skewed towards them. It happens to teams all over the league. The league tries its best to keep teams right around the .500 mark to keep them in the playoffs, and to keep attendance up.

However, you can only do so much for certain teams without making it BLATANTLY obvious. Miami, Washington, Cincinnati, we’re going to suck this year no matter what.

This is the first year that I have seen Buffalo be able to overcome the bs flags thrown at them. I have never been as proud as I am now, that not only are we beating other teams, but the officials as well.

To this day, I have a shell shocked reaction whenever we convert a 3rd and long, to expect a flag against us. Conversely, when stopping a team on 3rd down, I also immediately start looking for the flag against us. I’m sure that I’m not the only one..

Yes I’m Mr Kraft. I can’t stand the Patriots. I’ve been a Bills fan in California since I was 8. But this nonsensical conspiracy theory the refs are rigging it has got to stop. There is no conspiracy. There is no Buffalo is a small market so let’s treat them ***** stuff going on. Green Bay’s in the middle of no where Wisconsin and they get play everywhere. If the Bills weren’t a laughing stock for 18 years they’d get more play simple as that. Kansas City is in no where town and Maholmes is talked about as the second coming. If your talented the media will find you. Mike Trout plays in Anaheim and he’s won 3 MVPs. If the Angels were better he’d have even more but they’ve sucked since he’s been there. Be better. The Bills are better now. Hopefully it continues. Stop having a baby mentality and stop blaming it on the refs. Let’s go Bills end of rant.

It’s not so much the market, but the marketability. Green Bay has AR. The league will continually protect its superstars and faces of the league due to marketability. Should JA ever reach that point in the league, you will start to see calls go in his favor more often.

I don't think the fix is in but I'll sure as hell complain when the calls are repeatedly one sided. The latter can be true while the former is false.

Officiating in the Dallas game was beyond the pale.

Yet everybody knew that the officiating was going to suck towards Buffalo, leading up to the game, because Dallas got jobbed the week before to NE*.. Interesting how some were able to see it coming

    Yup.

Not to mention that to rig things would take a ton of people to be involved, which would then be guaranteed to be exposed.

If you've got a golden goose, the one thing you don't do is kill it, or even make it seriously ill, which is what a fixing scandal with a basis would do. There's little reason for them to do it and their self-interest lies directly opposed to doing this.

    The idea is desperately ridiculous.

In all honestly, I don’t think that too many people would need to be in on it.

1 commissioner and maybe 2 refs in each game? I see the referees as being a secret society such as Skull and Bones, where you either need to know someone, or be a legacy to get in. (Hocculi jr)

At some point all of the miscues and statistical anomalies throughout the season start to add up, if you accept the fact that maybe something else is going on.

    just sayin.. ?

I hate the Pats as much as anyone here, but making them win is bad for the NFL, no one outside New England wants to watch them win again, ratings would take another hit if the Pats are in the Super Bowl. They want an exciting game.

This seems logical, but in reality it’s the opposite that is true. People are now paying money and watching only for the Pats* to lose.

In professional wrestling, this is known as “booking heat.”

You build up your bad guy, make people hate him/seem unstoppable, and people pay money to watch the “heel” get his comeuppance.

If you’re familiar, think Ric Flair, Iron Shiek, Mr. McMahon, NWO.

    Think about it..

Wasnt watching the Pats* lose those 3 Super Bowls just under Buffalo winning one, for you?

    Bills winning Super Bowl, 1a

    Pats* losing, 1b

    ?‍♂️

You're going off the deep end with this take.  I doubt a group of billionaires would go along with a "fixed" league where their team doesn't have a chance to win because the league and officials say so.  That said, something looks off and calls like this have to make you wonder what is going on.  IMO, it starts with Roger Goodell, who never should have got a new contract a couple of years ago.  If Roger wants Al Riveron to go, he could fire crooked Al, but he hasn't.  As far as in game officiating, full time professional refs should be employed at a minimum.

Which give is more plausible? That millions of people around the world can easily see a penalty via replay, (who aren’t full time employees either) and that 5 “professionals” fail to see it.. orrrr that they’re just being blatant now, and throwing it in our faces? ?‍♂️

Billionaires only care about one thing.. making more money. Hanging a banner in a building that cost them 100’s of millions of dollars, is a distant second.

For reference, check out how much closer the average scores of the games are since Goodell took office, compared to previous regimes. Now compare the ratings, and tv revenue dollars.

Being an NFL owner is no different than being in a secret society such as Skull and Bones.

”Winning” is a distant 2nd place to being able to print your own money. Which is what happens when you become an NFL owner.

PI easily.  Officiating needs a major overhaul.

People can keep blaming “blind officials” or they can accept the fact that the games are fixed. At some point, we all need to realize that Santa isn’t real. Does everyone really believe that a group of billionaires are going to leave things up to “chance”? ?‍♂️

  13. I would rather drink my own piss.
    and then someone else’s.

and then possibly random farm animals.

I would rather slam my genitals in a car door, repeatedly.

I would rather have Rosie O’Donnell sit on my face and spray fart.

i would rather have Bill Cosby serve me my drinks.

i would rather Casey Anthony babysat my kids while they spent the night at Michael Jackson’s.

i would rather share needles with Magic Johnson.

Every single person in that organization is human garbage. The fact that some people here would rather “win” than actually win with some sort of conscious, means that they are no better than the Pats* fans living in a world of denial that their team has never done anything wrong.

It's been fairly apparent this year that via their ear pieces, officials on the field are receiving input from someone off the field. It's happened on multiple potential "game changing" calls that were not under review or challenged (e.g. kick catch interference in the Steelers game last night). The normal routine is the officials huddle to "discuss" it, but it's obvious they're waiting on input that's communicated to them from somewhere.

Side note, I'm 100% fine with this, but feel the league should be more transparent about it.

Odd timing since sports gambling is legal this year, wouldn’t you say? ?
