A few thoughts about the Patriots game
Bing Bong replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Isn't that patently true? I thought Jesse James had a drop last week (and Bills fans went unfairly ballistic). But this, I can't see how not a catch. Huge ramifications. I'm at loss to find a rule where this standso on field -
BOTH thos bars were pretty Bills fan light. Doesn't help that we lost.

[Misleading Title]Chargers QB benching

Sorry guys, just confused as to who makes a better start, Tyrod, or a 5 pick machine. The board has spoken. -
[Misleading Title]Chargers QB benching

no, I literally said in the OP. Chargers are not that good. But they look better with 5 interceptions first half. so don't start him at Chargers in 2017 = bad coaching decision. -

[Misleading Title]Chargers QB benching
Bing Bong replied to Bing Bong's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Welp screw it. the people have spoken. Peterman should have started. Talk abut Billsy. EDIT: I get it's ancient history,. but for Pete's sake we talk about the Bills going limp in the Raiders game in 2014 to this day. Everybody gets frustrations about blown games to subpar teams with playoff ramifications . Here's mine. Time polish off that egg nog. -
[Misleading Title]Chargers QB benching

yea. Holidays. -
I get you, made an edit.

lol is this sarcasm? EDIT sorry, an instance where such a quarterback change led to success. Also Rob Jonson was a big time FA acquisition. I'm talking about no names entering the league. Dig deep down for anything close to a NP move.

nobody's crowning, I've said 3 times against that narrative. He's the best of a bad situation. To your second point, McDermott failed miserably. Despite all that, I've grown to love what he's done this season. If you think this was a great idea, I challenge you to find another instance in modern era football where a HC has pulled this ****

I set up a poll in another thread. i don't know if anyone had actually done that for this topic. but I'd like to know where I stand on TBD. SaviorPete is DQ

The Chargers coaching decision debate has come back again now that it has become relevant in playoffs. Again I am fighting the ludicrous notion that Peterman should have started. Please give me your honest opinion, as I'd like to know if I am in the minority and stop this crusade. And I sincerely apologize if I harp on it too much, I believe my "opinion" is fact and love to argue as such.
-
I am certainly right lol. This isn't love for "3 and out Tyrod". Hatred for the Peterman decision, and anybody who defends otherwise (after the fact) gets me triggered. I guess I'm saying were not defending Peterman's start any more than me? But if you're saying we need better quarterbacks on the roster.. Certainly Sherlock. Until then we roll out our best quarterback that doesn't throw 3 picks.
-
this isn't about Buffalo's QBs being horrible (Dennison's idiot scheme searching for that Schaub 2010 offense for the books not being considered. IT'S ABOUT STARTING OUR WORSE QB ON THE TEAM, over a better QB (is isn't good but is certainly loads better than the steaming pile Nate showed us. But if your strongest argument is that Tayrod throws 65 yard games every game, then you don't know how players can adjust. That would be like if I thought Pete throws 5 ints every game. Tyrod clearly show he doesn't do that in his career. For my sanity, admit that that Tyrod's chances were better than Peterman's. You can cheat. Use hindsight.

I apologize for my Peterman crusade folks. I's just something I love debating. Because I'm right. Side Note: SaviorPeter has rocks for brains.

Absolutely. I know this was a long time ago and we clearly got our Jim Kelly revenge. But right now I see no light at the and of the darkness. Did Bob Greise pout when calls didn't go his way? were they dirty? Did the Bills get a chance to inspire hope (I guess they always do in a homer mind like me.), did the Pats cheat, run up the score on 4th and 1 up by 50 points with 2 min left. I threw up a little in my mouth. You're saying the 90s Dolphins took shots at the Jim Kelly Bills? I get that's an unbelievable rivalry, but my perspective is I'd infinitely love a rivalry, (especially given our scoreboard bragging rights) over this Pats nightmare. Thanks for giving me that old man wisdom . That's my point lol, I don't know what a rivalry is. They sound fun. All I know is wake up every year hoping Karma will rear it's ugly head, and we just annihilate Brady. My question is not best rivalry. Who is the most hated franchise in our history.

it's hard to say . On one hand we had no chance with 5 interceptions. On the other hand we have shown to win (8-6) with a positive turnover stat, a defense that trusts the ball won't get turned over, and yes, Tyrod not repeating the worst game of his a career vs the saints, not making excuses there. so.. yes it is Nate's fault. but read my post and I blame McDermott 100%. It was the dumbest move I've never seen before. Name me another time such a boneheaded move was made lol. And I can't stress this enough, THE CHARGERS WERE NOT, and ARE NOT that good. We have a better record than them for Christ sakes. Hate the argument. What if we lost to the glorious Cheifs? Lol a better team than the Chargers numbnuts. Another 5 pick performance, you'd be on your podium "how much would have change with TT starting and losing?" We're 8-6 with Tyrod the starting quarterback (and best QB on roster like it or not) for most gams. He's not perfect, but sure better than throwing Peterman's **** against the wall and seeing what happens. I said I like McDermott. But that was one of the dumbest Bills coaching decisions I have seen since I really started watching.

I hope to speak for the younger crowd here, as well as ask opinions from those who's lives haven't dominated by a mortal enemy #1 that sucks my optimism down a peg every time something goes wrong in a Pats game. I started out as a poor Bills fan since the MCM miracle (very young), but as my passion grew, I have developed an irrational hatred for all things Patriots. It's all I've ever known. In my professional unbiased opinion, they symbolize cowardice; complaining for phantom calls, and receiving them. Poor sportsmanship; running the score against the 2007 Bills, among other instances, because they could do score at will that season. Gronk's hit, with no remorse, against one of my favorite players (second to Hyde). SpyGate, DeflateGate (the "deflator" losing pounds?) TB12 destroying his phone? I of all people was going to write this down as nonsense, but good god Brady always finds a way to irritating me. Don't even get me started on SpyGate, what in the flying **** happened there. Check out that stupid secret PatsFan's "everybody" cheats website. The Bills got a slap on the wrist for the train noise thing.. cool. But that weighs just as equally as Spygate (lol). PatsFans do no wrong, another point of irritation here. But that's another topic. Point is, do the younger folks want nothing better for Tom Brady when he tears some rotator cuff throwing a ball in one of his BS "intentional grounding throws" to avoid a pansy while getting slammed by a Kyle Williams pressure? Gronk out with broken ribs after a vicious hit to the chest by Hyde? How has your past TB12 era been a living hell? They are to most evil of franchises in my young career. To the older folks, how does this era compare to the 70s Dolphins. I understand the nostalgia there, and don't think the TB12 era will every be topped in my lifetime (in terms of untapped hatred regardless of the next team to come and create a new evil era of dominance (Jets 2030?) I imagine it's one of those things where your fist soul crushing 20 years will never be forgotten or replaced. On a lighter note, I never get more pumped to see meaning football against the team I despise the most, The Gronk storyline will have me riveted, and that's all I can ask for as a fan. That and god forbid a good old fashion spanking against these terrible human beings.
