How could any one seriously say Josh Allen?

Its really simple
When you play from behind you have to air it out.
When your ahead you can be more balanced.
Exactly. Stats can be misleading. Losing teams throw the ball a lot to catch up. Lots of winning teams play ahead and run the ball to keep the clock rolling.

What interests me with Tannehill is that a couple years back he was impossibly bad throwing the ball long.
That was basically the point when they lost hope in him.
He's flipped that somehow and found touch/accuracy on downfield throws.
Allen should find out what helped him.
The healthy last year in Miami he was one of the best deep ball throwers. Just dealt with a lot of injuries.

Wasn’t accurate in college. Hasn’t been accurate in nfl. And we see him missing receivers. He’s accurate at times but was too inconsistent

Alway favorable officiating for the pats smh

No the best thing was having an offense lead the entire NFL in big plays AND rushing in back-to-back seasons. The third round pick didn't even become a player it just became a sweetener in one of their famous and controversial trade ups.
Tyrod did very well here. Statistically Tyrod still outperformed Allen. But Allen’s upside is waaaaay higher.

Please listen to us. IF the Titans win out they HAVE TO BEAT THE TEXANS TWICE.
That means the Texans at best go 9-7.
It is basic math.
Completely overlooked that. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

I have heard that we win one and we are in regardless of other outcomes. I don't know for sure, but it seemed legit.
Not sure about that. If we beat the jets and finish 10-6 both the titans and Steelers could finish 11-5 If they win out

Defense is doing a good job with this offense.

Possible, sure, but that's not going to happen. One of them will get to 9-7.
If you don't like it, go win your division. You get in on a wild card, you don't get to have nice things.
The struggle of the NFL is something I like. I don't want it easier for teams. If you are going to use a divisional structure it should mean something. Your entire focus should be on winning the division, and if you don't, you have an uphill battle to fight. I like that.
I agree. A big chunk of your games come from your division so winning the division should mean a lot.

Usually you pass because your coming back or down big. Usually you run because you have a lead and are running clock. Ideally you pass to get a lead and you run to keep it.

Allen is bringing me around to believing, but I still think Lamar is Fool’s Gold. Eventually being THAT bad of a passer will catch up to him. Also I don’t see him holding up physically. He doesn’t have the frame.Lamar is not a bad passer though.

True but I don't see them beating the Ravens twice, even if the second game is in Cleveland's house. The Brownies will have at least one more loss.
I see the browns winning out. They’re hitting a stride and seem to have the ravens number. They’re the only team in the mix that concerns me since we got the titans tie breaker.

I think 9-7 makes it. But I think we’re on the outside looking in due to tie breakers if we can’t get to 10. We should be worried about the Browns. I don’t see the finishing worse than 7-9

Only see them losing to the ravens. But keep in mind, they dominated the ravens earlier this year. They also be Steelers who have a terrible QBs situation. Arizona has also found ways to lose all year. I think the browns beat the Steelers next week and hopefully we can get to 10 to fill out the last 2 slots

Exactly. I thought that was obvious

I think he will too. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up taking Anthony Lynn’s job if they decide to move on in San Diego. They’d already have a bridge qb in Tyrod to groom a future franchise guy if they decide to draft a mobile qb.

I thought the same thing on Sunday. Just we aren't as good as Chicago was last year. We've got an all time east schedule to this point so how we finish the year will say a lot.
-
9-7 might do it this year. Lots of even teams
-
9-7 might be enough this year
-
Winning the division should mean something. I’d like for winning the division to still supercede records because it’s still not fair when you include strength of schedule to compare records

He's made progress but still has never been accurate in college or the NFL. We don't have film of him ever playing really well. Lamar looked bad last year, but looked great at Louisville for a few years.
My concerns exactly. He's been athletic and raw arm talent at all levels. He holds onto the ball way too long has too much doesn't have consistent pocket awareness. The intentional grounding play after running backwards 5 yards was awful.
