While unfortunate, Jaquan Johnson has been here for 4 years. If we think he is an eventual replacement for either Poyer or Hyde now I’d his time to show it.

He’s also a FA so he has a lot to gain now with the Bills or someone else

His time to shine baby, next man up. He’s got some years under his belt, let’s see what he can do

  2. Half of you need to chill out. Like many have said let’s wait till tomorrow. And like many have said we have good depth in our secondary. Our backup safeties are very good, just wait and see. Stars are born when given the opportunity, those guys are dawgs. And our cbs are young but very talented and the dline is great. I might be the only one here but I’m not worried in the slightest if half of our starting defense is out.

It just feels like Von brought a leadership we have been missing up front. The youngins are really playing well, I'm not sure if just development or if Von has helped them with technique and just teaching them his knowledge. I think it's just a perfect mix of both.

I would say both. That Greg sack where he lined up inside, that move to get the offensive lineman off balance is something that I remember seeing Von preach about to the kid during training camp

  4. Let’s go full Homer mode for a second just for fun…given the Bills Hx and what they have had to endure, what if we become rewarded with an undefeated super bowl champion hands down best team ever assembled, top of the record books kinda team, yes yes? Who’s with me!!!!!!….. It…can…happen. Homer mode off.

  5. The ball was snapped at the 18 yard line, the ball hit at the 12 yard line, that’s 83 yards in the air since the punter is back 13 yards from the line of scrimmage resulting in a punt of 70 yards prior to the roll which evidently went into the endzone. That’s some serious leg.

  6. With the 21st selection, the New England Patriots select Andrew Booth JR. CB Clemson

Pats have plenty of holes including WR, LB, DE. Needing to replace Jackson with their first round pick is essential given the talent at WR in the division.

The Packers @NewErais on the clock

Nope - that is about o-line.  Singletary currently averages just short 4.8 YPC for his career.  Other recent 1st round picks like Najee Harris and CEH are both well below that average.

Nothing that I have seen from Walker or Hall suggests they will be better.  Jonathan Taylor and Derrick Henry are excellent, but both benefit from superior run blocking o-lines - as shown when Henry missed time and the running game handled by low level back-ups was just as good.

You want to control the clock and burn time - then you want o-line in the first not RB.  That helps you more on many levels in my opinion.

4.8 YPC but how many carries? The stats don’t tell the whole story especially in this story. Your telling me that Walker and Hall aren’t better than Singletary lol, that’s comical. So essentially it wouldn’t matter if we had a Jonathan Taylor in our backfield either right? Cause all that matters is our Oline 🙄

Much like teams playing the Chiefs - if I am playing the Bills and they are running the ball even 40% of the time - I consider it a win because the running game doesn’t really scare me much at all - even from the best teams in the league.

Breece Hall or Walker bring nothing that frightens me as a DC and running them takes the ball out of the best players hands.  If I am playing them - give me that all day.

We will see where it goes, but similar to the way many of the top rushing teams ( only 1 of the top 4 and 5 of the top 10) made the playoffs - rushing offense is vastly overrated by some.

Compare that to 8 of the top 10 passing offenses making the playoffs including the Super Bowl champs.  In addition 2 of the top rushing teams - were also in the top passing teams (Buffalo and Dallas) and both are more known for passing.

In my opinion It’s all about controlling the clock when the Bills have the lead and need to burn time off the clock by running the ball. We do not do that currently with our personnel. Adding a Breece or walker gives us a better shot at accomplishing that

No RB in the 1st round , there’s no need for 100 pages of discussion

Drafting a RB in the late first round is no different then drafting a RB with one of the first few picks of the second round. Idk why people freak out about drafting a RB in the first. We aren’t talking about drafting a RB within the top 10 here

It is a horrendus show. It was watchable with Nate. It is unwatchable since his departure. Kyle Brandt is the most pointless person on NFL television.

I would have to disagree. Just because Nate played football does not make him a great commentator / analyst. In my opinion the other 3 are highly knowledgeable and are among some of the best in the business, and that is why the show is so successful. Nate is average and was actually the least entertaining out of them all. I lost all respect for him when I heard that he patented the saying “toe drag swag” and started suing individuals for using it.
