  1. People are seriously getting mad at Beane and Micky D like they were somehow able to know Zay would have a psychotic episode... Get real.

Who knows someone could've slipped something into his drink. Kind of weird how a camera is conveniently there to catch it all on film. Wait and see how it plays out and put away those pitchforks for a second.

  2. The only thing this has to do with Shady is that he's tweeting to Bell... Who in case you aren't aware is going into his 2nd year of the franchise tag making like 14 mil a year. Not bad for a RB. Pittsburg should've let him test the market to see if any other team would've paid him as much as he values himself at. He's a damn good RB for them... I'd def pay him more than say a Watkins.

Here are the two things that don't smell right about the Allen interest:

First, if the apple of your eye is Allen, who is widely believed to be the QB MOST in need of spending a year or two on the bench....then why trade away Tyrod Taylor? If you're picking a guy that you know needs to sit, you don't just give up a quality bridge QB on a good contract. And if you DO give him up, you go aggressively after one of the big name FA QBs (Bradford, Bridgewater, McCown, etc). The fact that the Bills both gave up Tyrod Taylor AND didn't go after a "Quality" bridge QB doesn't make sense in the context of drafting Allen.

Second, the Bills did not have scouts at a single one of Josh Allen's games this year! They had scouts at multiple games of Darnold, Rosen, Mayfield, Rudolph, Jackson, and Falk. But NO Bills scouts attended any Josh Allen games. Would they really give up a ton of assets to trade up for a kid that no one in the front office had seen play live and in person? That seems crazy to me!

My worry is McD is the same coach who let Nasty Nate start 2 games... Hopefully he knows better than to take Allen. He did make a big mistake letting Peterman start a 2nd game.

  4. He def dropped off the past two seasons... Let's hope he was playing hurt or the departure of McDermott had something to do with that. In any case the guy has the talent to be one of the best at his position let's hope McDermott can get him back up to snuff. I'm glad they got a DT and that's 1 last big need now. I think him and Kyle will make for a nice duo.

  5. I keep reading Sammy is a deep threat.... That guy can run any route in the tree and pretty good at that. So I can't really say Goff didn't get him the ball enough due to his deep ball crappiness. He must've been running the deep routes bc he was obviously the best WR to run those routes for LA.

He can run any route plus has the speed to burn you deep. He draws double coverage... Period. He's going to have a good few years in KC now that he isn't the only pony on the team that can burn guys deep. It'll open things up for him. I think he's going to finally breakout down there in K.C. The talent is there like it or not... NFL people can see that.

If I'm a Cheats fan, I am pretty pissed that my star QB is out chugging beers on National TV after a SB loss.

As for him retiring, he was average last season. There's clearly signs that it's time to hang them up. Either way, the Bills will win the division next season.

Average... Eh idk I really wish whoever was chucking those dildos at him had better aim. If they could've blinded him with one we wouldn't even be having this conversation right now.

Stop.   Luck is a huge medical question mark, as well as an overrated and overpaid player.   No one is trading those kind of assets for him until he proves he’s healthy, especially in a qb draft like this one.

Eh I wouldn't say he's overrated... Maybe overpaid (all of them are imo) From what I've read on his rehab he's throwing balls heavier than footballs so I would guess his shoulder is doing ok. Maybe trying to build throwing strength back up idk. Only the Colts staff knows exactly where his shoulder is at...

However if I am the Colts and I believe he's coming back healthy then no I don't take that trade because imo Luck is too good of a QB to walk away from. The last full season of ball he played he threw like 31 TDs... I'd rather put more talent around that QB than trade him away and hope one of those picks land me another QB of his calibre which is probably unlikely. None of these prospects is being touted as THE consensus overall no 1 best prospect in this draft like Luck was.

For all we know every one of these QBs could be busts. Luck has proven to be a franchise QB. So nope I wouldn't do it if I was the Colts regardless of the Browns offering those assets... If they even turn out to be assets.

  8. I don't think he's gone rogue at all... I think he has a clear vision in regard to how he wants to build his Bills team.

He has severed nearly all ties this roster had to previous GMs/Coaching staffs... I think when he took the job in Buffalo he looked over the roster and salaries and said "I can do better than this." What we've seen so far is Beane wiping the slate clean so he can build from scratch.

There will be no doubts about who built this team after this season. Whatever team we see on the field next season will mostly be Brandon Beanes doing. I think he's confident that the moves he's making are the right ones to build a perennial contender.

I like the fact that he's made the bold moves he has. It tells me he firmly believes in what he's doing. I like that he's doing something "different" than what we are used to seeing. We needed a new approach. Have needed it for years imo. His confidence in himself makes me feel confident about him as the GM.

Time will tell how it all pans out but I can respect him here and now for having the courage to make the decisions he has to date.
